“No it’s not like that either, I genuinely couldn’t give a shit about money, all that matters to me is Jess and my family, I’ve lost mine so I know how that feels and I’m not prepared to lose another through this shit!!”

“If things don’t wrap up pretty quickly I think so” Carmen stated “I don’t know how much more I take of not speaking to Jess or knowing if she’s okay”

“I’m sure if she wasn’t Sam would tell you”

“Jess is very good at hiding and putting on a false illusion” Carmen sighed twisting her wedding ring

“I don’t get it, you have your food yet you eat mine” Andrew laughed

“Has Carmen never explained what taking me to dinner means?” Jess smirked

“No she has not!” Andrew smiled

“It means I eat what I like the look off and if it’s on your plate that’s a shame” Jess smiled

“Oh okay then” Andrew laughed

“Do I get to eat what you have?”

“Yep” Jess smiled taking a drink “Besides I’m now full”

“You’ve only eaten half” Andrew laughed

“I’m only a little person you know!” Jess stated lifting her mobile

“That thing ever stop?”

“Not really everyone is worried, I’ve done pretty well at avoiding everyone” Jess admitted

“How did you video shoot go?”

“yeah really well that means I can enjoy some time off now and people won’t notice how fat I’m going to get” Jess stated “Mum wouldn’t let me play guitar she insisted it was too heavy”

“They’re worried babe”

“They don’t need to be I’m fine”

“Yeah that’s why you just attacked Carmen’s car with a baseball bat…that’s perfectly normal”

“All my frustration is gone now” Jess smirked

“You’re a nightmare” Andrew laughed “You’re so unpredictable”

“Yeah that’s been said a few times this week” Jess laughed “I cry every time I think about her so I was trying a new approach today”

Jess was rubbing her tummy, Andrew was watching concerned.

“Yeah just kicking” Jess said rubbing the palm of her hand in circler motions

“Let’s get out of here; we can go watch a film or something if you want” Andrew said getting up leaving money on the table

“Okay why wont you let me pay for anything this is getting to frequent” Jess snapped

“One your wife would kill me and two I’m a gentlemen rememeber” Andrew smiled “besides who else am I going to spend it on, I don’t get Lucas now till Christmas”

“I don’t know what about your girlfriend?” Jess smiled following Andrew

“Yeah we broke up, Amy has her new life in New York now” Andrew explained

“Shit sorry Andrew she didn’t say when she called”

“That’s because she broke up with me” Andrew sighed “She’s found someone closer to home”

“Lovely” Jess shook her head

“She’s you best friend you should know this” Andrew smirked

“No she’s not we haven’t spoken a word in months, she’s too busy getting pissed and high and I’m not into that shit” Jess stated “She likes the party lifestyle and I hate it and I was tired of her using my name for it”
