    Where were you? Tina asks I’ve been looking for you. She grabs Bette shirt collar pulling her down to her and gives her a kiss.

    Sorry I followed Shane out and had a heart to heart.

    Maybe, she is going to try and open up more. Bette looks over her shoulder towards her and Carmen. Looks like she’s trying. Bette looks back to Tina and smiles.

    Well if anyone could talk her into it, It would be you.

    Tina, I didn’t talk her into anything I just got her to thinking.

    Ok..  there’s a pause …would you like to dance. Bette is feeling tired already she had a long day even with moving some things around, which will be waiting for her tomorrow.

    Yea, Bette says as she downs her second shot of whiskey. She takes Tina by the hand and leads her to the dance floor. Where they dance three fast songs and was needing more to drink. And Bette was feeling the last few weeks of stress tiring her out quicker than normal.

    Tina goes back to their table while Bette went to the bar for more drinks and a familiar voice spoke to her catching her off guard. So that’s who you left me for?

    Bette turned quickly and saw Shy standing at the end of the bar…She swallowed hard. What…What are you doing here?

    I came to see who you replaced me with. Shy says coldly

    Replaced? …Shy we were never together other than fuck buddies. Bette says matter-of-factly

    Shy’s eyes well up with tears…Bette you know it was more than that… I told you more than once how I felt about you.

    Bette sees she is hurting. Shy I…. Bette swallow hard. ..don’t know what to say ..you knew I was not in it for the long haul I only saw you when I came to New York a handful of times a year and I thought that I had made myself pretty clear I was not looking for a relationship ..

    6. Oh wow. Tina got some making up to do. Why rush out the club? If that is your woman…go get your woman. Don’t let someone be touching her and you don’t really know what’s going on so you rush out. FOH! Thanks for posting.

      Tina seems to be very quick to jump to her own conclusions.

    8. Great chapter, that Kennard temper better slow down. If Tina was that concerned about what was going on between Bette and Shy she should have walked over to see what they were saying. I mean does she really believe Bette would be getting close to someone else right out in public where she knew Tina could see her, she better get her head out of her ass and think about what she is about to lose if she is going to keeps letting that temper of hers flair out of control.

    10. I understand Tina, Bette scene with her ex overcame her.
      Promises are good, but actions are what count.
      Bette should take the place of Tina, or think how deep must have hurt her,
      that Tina decide to remove the ring.

      • I totally agree with you. Bette should have told Shy keep her hands to herself. Tina had every right to have that reaction, well maybe not exactly, maybe she should have walked over to them. Love this story.

    11. Love seeing more of you comment, and I agree Tina has to learn to slow her role on that temper.But I think Jalex understood the scene the best,. Thank you for seeing beyond and more into it. .There is always two sides, the act and the reaction.
