”It will be very late…” Bette whispered.

Tina looked at her watch, it was past ten, she took out her phone and quickly wrote a message.

”Tina, you can go now…”

”No I’ll be a little longer, the nanny is with Angie and she’s already asleep, I’m calm… and I want you to be too”

Bette smiled in surprise ”maybe… maybe you could tell me about your case today…”

Tina smiled in a way never seen, she was so beautiful thought Bette again for the thousandth time in a month. ”man, car accident….” Tina began to explain the case and Bette listened interestedly all day Tina and Edwards, smiling peacefully. Tina also told her about the terrible stew she had eaten in the cafeteria that she hoped Bette had not had.

The brunette was amazed by Tina’s way of telling, she told her the difference in some procedures between adults and children, Bette remembered her work, pleasantly for the first time, without too much melancholy.

When Tina noticed enough yawning from Bette she told her that she would let her rest, wrote her a little post it and left it on the nightstand with her number.

”at least you will know where to find me” Tina said smiling slightly making Betge smile too ”thanks for everything Tina, really…” her eyes were already half closed.

”good night Bette.” Tina said happy to see her in a state of semi-peace, on her side with her hands under the pillow.

When Tina was finally in the parking lot and was about to get into the car someone called her name from behind.

”So you waited for me?” Helena shouted softly coming out of the darkness with the car keys in her hand.

”Actually no, I was at Bette’s…”

”Me too ten minutes ago, she was asleep like a log, I wanted to know how she was”

”She had a fit”

”What?” Helena cursed leaning against Tina’s car ”is everything okay?”

”More or less. She was in the bathroom…she had thrown up…she was upset about Callie’s pregnancy.”

Helena closed her eyes ”I knew it.”

”She can’t do this, damn it. She has a heart condition, I don’t want anything to happen to her!” Helena was shocked ”why didn’t you call me?”
