    Tina: Yea, thanks babe. I am so excited that we are doing this. I’ve only ever wanted a family with you baby. Thank you for giving me another chance to do this right. I know you missed this part with Angelica, but we’ll get to do it together this time, OK?

    Bette:  It will be fine T. I feel a tremendous sense of calm, excitement and happiness since I made the decision and shared it with you. I can’t wait to tell Kit.

    Tina: Why don’t you just stop over and see her in the morning. I’ll take Angelica to school.

    Bette: Thanks baby I’ll do that. For now I just need to hold you and fall asleep is that OK?

    Tina: That’s fine as long as I can get my good night kiss too. Leans in for a meaningful kiss before resting her head on Bette’s shoulder, wrapping her arm possessively over her wife and stretching her leg to intertwine with Bette’s. Bette plants a final kiss in Tina’s hair and the lovers fall asleep.

    The next morning Bette wakes first, takes a quick shower and dresses in tailored slacks and a stylish top, not her usual power suit look. It was Friday and while she wanted to still look professional, this was a nice dressed down compromise. She brings in a cup of tea and sets it on the night stand for Tina.

    Bette: Good morning baby. Kisses her lightly on the cheek.

    Tina: Oomph, morning babe. What time is it?

    Bette: Just before 8. I ran Angelica’s bath and laid out an outfit for her and have a bowl of cereal ready for milk. I’m going to get her up and get her ready before I go. Are you ready to get up?

    Tina: Thanks, I’ll get my shower and dress while she has her cereal. Are you excited to talk with Kit?

    Bette: Actually, I am. I wanted to wait until about 9 though so things are quite so busy there.

    Tina: Actually I’m excited for you to tell her too. I know she loves you to pieces and loves Angelica and will love our baby as well.

    Bette: Well, she happens to love you as well T, don’t ever forget that.

    1. Loved this story, lwsho. They are a great family together especially when Bette can relax and let the love happen. Having another child will be wonderful for them and it will also help Angie, although she is almost too grown now, with her take charge personality. It is not necessarily in the genes, it is also the environment that shapes up into the people we become. If hr mother’s are anything to judge by she will be quite a young lady, beautiful, smart, loving and one hell of an alpha. Won’t she. This is fun and I enjoy it, although for some reason I smell trouble in the air. Tell me I’m wrong. If not, plese don’t let it be too serious. Happy New Year. Post when you can.

    2. lwshow2005, I LOVE ANGIE!!! I had some time after dinner to settle myself in front of the fire as it snows at the moment, and read this very generous post. I enjoy reading good fics that have Angie in them. They are usually written with such fun, love, and a lightness which can be very easy to indulge in. Can’t wait for baby #2!!!!!! :- )))) Happy New Year and can’t wait for the next chappy. Oh and btw, good selection for a movie.

    12. Dimples, thanks for reading and replying. I’ve been bumped off course and not sure if I’ll resume writing this one. At some point I may wrap it up with another chapter, but my author days may be over; kind of in a Fan Fic funk at the moment.
