    Keeping the party going.

    Bette: It feels so good to be home. It’s been a long day. A good day, but a long day.

    Tina:  Go take your shower while I finish up in here; it won’t take me long.

    Bette kisses Tina on the neck and heads into the bedroom to start her nightly ritual. Tina decides to let Bette have the shower alone and makes a cup of tea for herself while she waits her turn. She carries the tea and two bottles of water into the bedroom while she waits.

    Bette: Oh that felt so good.

    Tina: Good now it’s my turn. I brought you some bottled water.  Pecks Bette on the cheek on her way into the bathroom. Twenty minutes later both women are stretched out in their bed.

    Bette: Oh it feels so good to be home.

    Tina: Got to agree with you on that one babe. However, even when I’m not home it feels really good to be in bed with my wife. This morning was wonderful; thank you.

    Bette: Yea, our own private celebration was really, really nice. I am so thrilled we are going to try again.

    Tina: Baby we aren’t trying we are going to have another baby!

    Bette: I kind of wanted to tell Kit, but we hadn’t discussed it so I didn’t say anything. She also helped me with my decision. She thinks a lot of us as parents and tried to help me over my fears too.

    Tina: I think you should tell her our plans and the whole Marcus story. She can keep a secret, but let’s just tell Alice and Shane after we’re pregnant.

    Bette: Have you given any thought to timing? You’ve got a pretty demanding career still?

    Tina: I also have a pretty amazing staff and I can call the shots. More responsibility, but a lot more flexibility. We just have to start checking my ovulation cycle once we have the donation from Marcus. I think it would be best if we could get him to make the donation then just store it here to use when we are ready.

    Bette: OK I’ll email him to get the process started on his end. I can arrange for storage with the sperm bank here?

    1. Loved this story, lwsho. They are a great family together especially when Bette can relax and let the love happen. Having another child will be wonderful for them and it will also help Angie, although she is almost too grown now, with her take charge personality. It is not necessarily in the genes, it is also the environment that shapes up into the people we become. If hr mother’s are anything to judge by she will be quite a young lady, beautiful, smart, loving and one hell of an alpha. Won’t she. This is fun and I enjoy it, although for some reason I smell trouble in the air. Tell me I’m wrong. If not, plese don’t let it be too serious. Happy New Year. Post when you can.

    2. lwshow2005, I LOVE ANGIE!!! I had some time after dinner to settle myself in front of the fire as it snows at the moment, and read this very generous post. I enjoy reading good fics that have Angie in them. They are usually written with such fun, love, and a lightness which can be very easy to indulge in. Can’t wait for baby #2!!!!!! :- )))) Happy New Year and can’t wait for the next chappy. Oh and btw, good selection for a movie.

    9. lwsho2005. i have been reading this story from the beginning, and i love it. Angie is DO flippin cute I can’t stand it! I wonder how she’ll react to not being the only child … hmmm. looking forward to the next chappy! Happy new year

    12. Dimples, thanks for reading and replying. I’ve been bumped off course and not sure if I’ll resume writing this one. At some point I may wrap it up with another chapter, but my author days may be over; kind of in a Fan Fic funk at the moment.
