    Peggy: “hi girls, how was the operation?” Alice: “I was in the car, but Shane was inside, indeed she was the one who took the documents” Peggy: “wow that’s awesome” Shane: “thanks, but we almost got caught” Peggy: “what?” Alice: “Melvin and his partners were in their way to the bank, we crossed them driving

    Peggy: “hi girls, how was the operation?”

    Alice: “I was in the car, but Shane was inside, indeed she was the one who took the documents”

    Peggy: “wow that’s awesome”

    Shane: “thanks, but we almost got caught”

    Peggy: “what?”

    Alice: “Melvin and his partners were in their way to the bank, we crossed them driving to here”

    Peggy: “does Bette know?”

    Shane: “I told her”

    Kit: “by the way where are Bette, Tina, and Louise?”

    Peggy: “they may be close”

    At that moment a blue Mercedes enters Peggy’s garage and a few minutes later Louise opens a door and appears in the kitchen, followed by a festive Tina, smiling too, and Bette laughing behind her seductively touching her back.

    Peggy, amused observes.

    Peggy: “well, finally we all are here, Helena why don’t you take them to the dining room to eat while Bette, Tina, Kit and I check the documents”

    Helena: “sure”

    Bette: “the suitcase, Shane”

    Bette received the suitcase from Shane and drags Tina from her waist following Kit and Peggy into this last one’s office.

    Inside, Bette takes one of the big envelopes from the suitcase and gives it to Peggy, who carefully removed the content; they check one by one their treasures, there they are, the original document signed by the Chinese, the value indicates for the sale of the Lower Manhattan branch is astronomic, but also was the content of the transaction; the document specifies the building will be transferred with all the machines and devices inside it, including computers and supercomputers, and all the information stored there; there was another document in which it’s certified that the building is property of Aaron Kornbluth and has been sold to him by Melvin Porter, but there is no reference on how Melvin Porter acquired that property. In the other envelope, there was a pack of documents, which Peggy checked.

    Peggy: “hmm, those are contracts, I think, let’s check…, hmm it looks like it is the information Tina found in her hacking adventure, those are the sales of technological information, some invents sold by Aaron to different persons and institutions…, I think we have enough evidence to send Aaron to prison and to demand the devolution of many inventions”

    Bette: “how are we going to recover those inventions?”

    2. Oh no….Melvin is about to see Tina! This does not sound good. I still do not know why Melvin should not know that Tina is at the company, but that is what everyone including Bette has indicated. What a drama!!!

      This was a very good chapter. Glad the girls got away from the bank without being detected. The plan worked well.

      Now, what in the hell is Fay Buckley been up to? Buckley, Fremont and Learner have been trailing after Bette for six months. What are they up to? It appears that Aaron has been working for Buckley instead of the other way around.

      This is an intriguing story and I want to know more. Thank you for this chapter and I hope the you can give us more soon.

        Yes, we still don’t know what is the problem with Melvin seeing Tina, but the concern is different with Bette than with Kit and the old generation. Bette fears that her father will use Tina against her, but Kit, Peggy have other motivations to avoid Melvin to see Tina, that is taylored with Melvin and Maxine’s pasts.

        Buckley is an important piece in this puzzle, and she will reveal something to Malvin very soon.

      What a fantastic chapter!

      Glad the girls were out of the building before Melvin and his man got to the bank. They are so clever!

      I am almost feeling sorry for Aaron, he surely will not survive this. So, he is the one working for Faye Buckley? We already knew Kelly and Jodi work for her. The bitches, i hope they get what they deserve. Stupid woman.

      Please let Tina stay hidden from Melvin, they can’t meet. Melvin will do anything to protect him self and if he can use Tina to get Bette he will do it.

        The good thing is that Bette is on her way to her office.

        I believe that Aaron will survive, he is receiving a dose of his own concoction.
