Bette pulled Tina at her side, kissing and savoring her own juices in her fiancé’s mouth.
Tina: “are you fine…?”
Bette: “you make me very happy.”
Tina: “(smiling) “because I made you squirt…?”
Bette: “well…, that too…, but the truth is that we both are healing of our wounds, not just the physical you have, but the ones in our souls.”
Tina: “I know what you mean, I’m happy too.”
The couple hugged tight and looked through the glass of the window, the ocean and part of the beach, and their still partially dim-illuminated backyard.
Bette: “it’s peaceful and quiet out there.”
Tina: “yeah, we can hear the whispering of the waves”
Bette: “it’s nice at night, but during the day it would be nicer with the chirping of a child playing in the house, don’t you think?”
Tina: (smiling) “well…, now that you’re saying, it sounds intriguing…”
Bette: “intriguing…?”
Tina: “I mean it sounds like a domestic survey…and answering your question, I find that idea very appealing.”
Bette: “great, so it’s settled, we are gonna start planning a baby.”
Tina: “wait, wait, we need to talk.”
Bette: “we’re talking.”
Tina: “who’s going to carry the baby? Who’s gonna be the sperm donor? Who’ll be responsible…”
Bette: “hey, baby, so many worries, it sounds like a domestic survey…, we’ll talk about that and have everything ready before we plan the first baby.”
Tina: (smiling) “first baby? Okay, I hope you’ll carry the first one.”
Bette: “why? You don’t wanna get pregnant?”
Tina: “it’s not that, but… I wanna have a baby, like you; a little Bette…, well, but any baby will be fine and loved with all our heart, right?”
Bette: “sure, that’s what a family is about.”
Tina: “yeah, even if it’s adopted, it’ll be very loved and taken care.”
Bette: “that’s all I want, to have a family with you.”
Tina: “and I want the same.”
The girls kissed and hugged, looking through the window for a few minutes until Bette regained her strength.
Bette: “Tina, baby, the night is young, and I’m ready for another round.”
Tina: “I’m ready too, my love.”
Gently, Bette pushed her fiancé on the bed and topped her with tenderness and desire. The couple engaged themselves in another round of love.

Wow… that was a surprise….. nice birthday gift for Bette and for Tina. I wonder why Tina is so reluctant to get to know Mable? They will may never have a close relationship, but I would think that Tina would have a curiosity as to who this woman is. She is the mother to Louise, her only sister. She gave her 50% of her DNA… Why is Tina just avoid any causal relationship with her. Maybe Maxine can help these two to at least be friendly with one another.
So Melvin is probably in Canada… Wonder who this sorcerer is? Pretty bad when you need to get help from a card reader. Looks like help for Melvin just wasn’t in the cards. And it foretold that Tina (heir to Melvin’s arch-enemy) was already bonded to his own heir Bette Porter…. and together they would bring his downfall. Yeah!!!
Can’t wait to see the next installment of this story….. maybe the rest of the secrets will be revealed.

I don’t think Tina is reluctant to know Mabel, I think she’s insecure and afraid she couldn’t give her biological mother the love she deserves. It’s a psychological problem, but maybe Maxine could help.
Yes, Melvin should be far away now. And you’re right, when you need help from a card reader this is no telling what you want to hear (ha-ha-ha).
Yes, indeed, the prophecy/curse that Marcus’ mother did is happening.

Melvin uses a card reader, wow, I never expected that. He can run away but in the end he will be punished for everything he ever did.
And finally, Maxime is back in the country, what great news for Bette and Tina. I look forward to their reunion and their conversations.
