“I wanna be with you Angie, and I’ll help you in any way I can.” Jordi whispers as she turns on her side towards Angie.

“Thank you, because you know I really really like you.” Angie says and smiles as she leans in and places a soft kiss on Jordi’s lips.

Downstairs, Bette tells Shane what the doctor said and how they would take this on. How Shane could help, what did Bette need help with and so on. The most pressing thing being Angie. Bette didn’t want her home alone, so either Shane would move into the house or Angie would temporarily move into Shane’s house, while Bette’s incapable to care for her. They would leave that up to Angie. Where she felt most comfortable, that’s where they would be.

“I need to tell Alice also. But I didn’t remember her schedule with the show. Do you know?” Bette says and asks Shane.

“Well the shooting of the show is mid-day, probably going on now or just finished. I can call Finley, see if she’s free or when she’ll be free?” Shane suggests.

“Yeah.” Bette replies

Shane takes out her phone and dials Finley.

“Hey Fin. Do you know if Alice is free? Is the show finished shooting?” Shane asks and waits for Finley to reply. “Okay good. Can you ask her to call me asap? It’s important.” Shane continues. “Thank you. Talk to you later.” Shane finishes and put the phone down.

“They will finish in a few minutes. She’s going to get Alice to call me as soon as she’s free.” Shane says. She looks at Bette who has put her head back and closed her eyes.

Shane watches Bette silently for a few minutes until her phone rings. “It’s Alice.” Shane says as she answers.

“Hey Al.” Shane reply.

“What’s up Shane, Finley said it was urgent.” Alice says

“Yeah, look Alice, are you free to come over to Bette’s?” Shane asks directly.

“I’m not quite finished yet, we’re finished with the filming of the show but, after work is not done yet. What’s going on?” Alice asks.

“When will you be able to come over?” Shane asks as she looks at Bette, still sitting with her head back and eyes closed.
