Angie is sitting still for a few moments, before she gets up and grabs her bag. She needed to get out of the house. She called Jordi who was delighted to have Angie over, so Angie left a note for Mama B on the kitchen table, saying she was over at Jordi’s house and that she would be home around nine and then left.

After Bette lost the election, she’s been keeping herself busy with work and then just being home. Both Alice and Shane have tried to get her out of the house once in a while, but she doesn’t want to.

“How will I get over you?” She says out loud to herself, thinking about Tina while parking the car in the driveway. She gets out and locks herself in. She walks through to the kitchen and sees the note right away.

“I am at Jordi’s, I will be home around 9, call me if you need me. Love you xoxo”

Bette smiles “Love you too sweetie” she says out loud and places her suitcase down and taking off her jacket. She walks over to the fridge to see what she can make for dinner. Nothing stood out, she wasn’t hungry. She just filled a glass with water and went into the TV room, sat down and turned on the TV. Not long after she fell asleep.

At Jordi’s Angie is telling Jordi about her fear that there is something going on with Mama B and that Mama T won’t ask Mama B what’s wrong. And that Mama T suggested that she get Uncle Shane on board.

“So, have you called your uncle Shane yet?” Jordi asks.

“No, I haven’t yet, I don’t know how to… how to ask her.” Angie replies while looking down on her hands.

“Why don’t you just call her now and ask. Don’t think, just do?” Jordi challenges her.

“No, I can’t do that, I have to prepare something to say.” Angie answers back and looking at her girlfriend with nervous smile.

“It will come to you once Shane answers the call. I’ll be here to hold your hand for support.” Jordi says and smiles.

“I’m not sure….” Angie starts

“Come on, just call her.” Jordi pushes.

Angie picks her phone up, unlocks it and scrolls down to Uncle Shane’s number. She hesitates a little.
