    Helena raises an eyebrow.

    (Helena) Does that include one night stands?

    (Tina smiles) No, they’re fine. There’s not enough time for things to get complicated

    Helena smiles and watches her for a moment.

    (Helena) You’re ok though?

    Tina looks over at her.

    (Tina) I’m fine. I’ll get us another round

     

    Meanwhile, on the other side of the room.

    (Shane) I’ll get this round, same again for everyone?

    They all nod as Shane goes to stand, and Bette’s eyes catch Tina across the room as she makes her way towards the bar.

    (Bette) Ah, you know what, I’ll get this one

    Shane pauses and they all look to Bette.

    (Alice frowns) Why so eager?

    Alice’s eyes drift towards the bar and she smiles as she sees Tina waiting to be served. She turns back to Bette.

    (Alice) OK, your round Porter. Can you please try not to piss Helena off though? She’s an important contact for me

    Bette smiles at her as she moves away.

    (Bette) I’ll do my best

     

    Bette approaches the bar and positions herself alongside Tina.

    (Bette) Hello again

    Tina looks over at her and raises her eyebrows.

    (Tina) Hi

    (Bette smiles) It’s nice to see you again

    (Tina smiles) You too

    A bar attendant walks by and holds up their index finger towards Tina to indicate they won’t be much longer. Tina smiles at them and then turns back to Bette.

    (Bette) Is it your first time coming here? I haven’t seen you in here before

    Tina looks at her for a moment before responding.

    (Tina) I’ve been here before

    (Bette) Well we mustn’t have crossed paths then, I’d definitely remember if we had

    Tina smiles at her.

    (Tina) Did you put a lot of thought into that line?

    Bette smiles.

    (Bette) No

    Tina laughs and looks at her affectionately.

    (Bette) Not very good?

    (Tina) I’d drop it from the repertoire

    Bette smiles and shakes her head.

    (Bette) Really though, running into you on two occasions in such a short time, are you new in town?

    2. Ahh their first meeting with a twist, I cannot wait to see your take on this and very clearly love at first sight but I love playful Tina here with her responses and how she is with Bette. And then again when they meet and leave together, thank you so much for your creativity and writing your fanfics this is perfect ahhh I’m speechless I cannot wait to read the rest of this fic

    7. Hmmmmmm this little ditty is gonna be interesting. Tina thinks she’s gonna put Bette in the “one night stand category….and Bette is proficient at doing such by the boldness of her flirtations…..so something’s gotta give!
