    “Alice it wasn’t like that..It was a date” Tina grabs her phone off the counter and walks outside the sliding glass doors from her kitchen leading out to the deck that runs the length of her pool. She plops down on the first lounger she approaches and rests her phone on her chest “A date?…You

    Tina grabs her phone off the counter and walks outside the sliding glass doors from her kitchen leading out to the deck that runs the length of her pool. She plops down on the first lounger she approaches and rests her phone on her chest

    “A date?…You expect me to believe that the first person you have a date with since you have become famous is Bette Porter..Is this a publicity stunt?”

    Tina takes a sip of her coffee and spits it out on the deck after Alice said the words publicity stunt

    “Publicity Stunt?….What would I gain from doing that Alice…I know it seems unconventional but you know they say opposites attract and I do find her alluring..I know why the women fall at her feet” Tina smiles mischievously thinking about Bette’s flustered face after she kissed her…satisfaction from turning the tables on the brunette

    “Well I hope you get yourself checked for STD’s because no telling what shit she is carrying around”

    “I’m well aware of her sexual history Alice..It’s not like I live under a rock and do not know who she is or about her reputation that seriously proceeds her. She just happens to be different than what the media portrays..She actually is very sweet and thoughtful“ Tina says hoping she sounded convincing to Alice. The woman was a  known skeptic and questioned everything

    “Well I’m not buying that” Alice replies “I just find it hard to believe that you would risk your image associating yourself with a known womanizer…Not to mention one that always seems to be stirring up trouble”

    Tina sighs “Alice..I have worked my ass off for the last year to get where I am. I have modeled for the most famous designers in the world..I have been on the cover of every fashion magazine you can think of..I devote my off time to my charity helping underprivileged children but even after all of that I don’t have time to have a social life and I said what the hell and went for it.”

    There is a brief silence before Alice speaks

    “Well…I still don’t get it……But how did you two meet?”

    Tina inwardly winces as she thought of something to pacify Alice and realized she would need to meet up with Bette to get on the same page with the story..Still she wasn’t even sure if Bette would even sign the contract

    1. Wow…. this is going to be great. Tina is a fireball. She is firmly in control for now. I think that these two are going to become close friends before anything romantic happens. And if Bette puts her mind to it, she will be able to play this role to perfection. So they will be off to Paris within a day or so? This story is moving quickly… Let’s see how this works out..

      At least Tina did not say that she couldn’t have a woman. But if Bette is smart, she will forego that thought and action. She really needs to have the appearance of a devoted girlfriend if this is to work. Tina appears to be ready and willing to play the role to perfection.

      This is a very unique story line. It really brings a smile on my face… cannot wait to read more…

    2. Agree with Martha. Bette has a lot riding on this makeover. Hopefully she will behave. Tina seems be somewhat entertained by the challenge but also intrigued by Bette. The ice is melting. What better place to fall in love than Paris. Really enjoying this story.

    4. Well they are off to a fine start, and clearly Tina’s running things for now. Just wait until Tina falls under the spell of Bette’s 1000 watt smile then we shall see !!! Can’t wait!
