Paris took Jeanette’s rings from Bette and then turned to Jeanette. While doing that Jeanette took Paris’s ring and placed them on her left pointer finger.

Paris:  My dear beloved Jeanette. You make my life complete. I look forward to many years of adventure and challenges which I know that I can only face with you by my side. I am so proud to be your wife. I promise to love you, to care for you, to be faithful to you and to be your constant mate and friend. I promise to always listen and put my best efforts forward in achieving a happy and fulfilled life for the both of us. I cannot promise that I won’t stumble from time to time. But I know that I can depend on you to help me back on the right track. So with this ring, I thee wed. I love you Jeanette, now and forever.

Paris then slid the rings on Jeanette’s finger. Then Jeanette place the rings on the tip of the on Paris’s ring finger. She then took a deep breath and started.

Jeanette: My dear beloved Paris. I have been smitten with you from the moment I met you. No one, I have ever met has been more caring and more considerate of me than you. You are kind and you have a huge heart, yet you can scare the bejesus out of people with your temper. But you have never once directed your temper at anyone personally. You never look for someone to blame, you just look for solutions. I love your talent, your devotion to family, and your devotion to me. You too complete my life. I pledge to you now to stand by you no matter what, to be your wife, your confidant, your advisor, your sounding board, your motivator and when necessary, the one who puts on the brakes. I’ll try to be the one who lifts you when you’re down and the one who grounds you when you seem to be a bit flighty. I love you so much Paris. And I too look forward to years of being together and making a life that is happy and fulfilled. So, with this ring, I thee wed. I love you now and forever Paris.
