Bette:  Dr Wilson literally saved Tina’s life when you were born. And she helped me become your mom as well.

Angie: So, she already knows me?

Tina:  Well, she was the first person to see you naked!

Angie turned beet red again.

Angie:  This is embarrassing.

Bette:  It’s a medical examination. These doctors do 15 to 20 per day. You can do what I do. Just put your head under the sheet while they are down there by your lady parts. That way they won’t see how red your face is. They know this is not a desirable experience, but it necessary to make sure you are healthy and to advise you on other things. And believe me, there is nothing you can tell them which they have not heard before from some other patient. There is nothing that you can ask them which someone else has not asked them before. They stand ready to assist you be the person you want to be and keep you healthy as you proceed into your adult life. And if you want to discuss anything they said, we stand ready to listen. But remember, you have to tell us what happened because they will not unless you give them written permission. You’re going to be fine honey. The embarrassing part will be over in about 10 minutes or less.

Tina:  Okay guys, we are here.  Angie are you okay?

Angie: Nervous but yeah, I’m alright.  I feel better knowing you guys are doing this too.

Tina:  Take a deep breath and relax. It’s not going to hurt and you are going to get some valuable information.  Concentrate on hearing what they are saying to you. It’s important. We love you Angie, and we only want the best for you.

Bette:  Daniel are you okay?

Daniel was grinning from ear to ear. He had some idea of what was being said but he really enjoyed seeing his sister embarrassed.  He grabbed Angie’s hand.

Daniel:  Don’t worry Angie, we’re taking you out to dinner just as soon as this is all over. Paris and Jeanette will be there too.  Just think about that. You’ll be okay.

Tina looked at her son and then to Bette and then shook her head.
