    “I’ll follow you in my car.” Marcus suggested since he was headed in a different direction afterwards. Bette, Marcus, and Tina arrive at the cryobank. Marcus provides all his information and the name and contact information for his private physician so they can forward his medical record and test results. He is first directed to

    Bette, Marcus, and Tina arrive at the cryobank. Marcus provides all his information and the name and contact information for his private physician so they can forward his medical record and test results.

    He is first directed to an examination room where they take his vital signs and draw blood. He is then given a specimen cup for the semen. The nurse tells him where the bathroom is located and also lets him know that he will find some ‘magazines’ in there in case he needs any encouragement.

    He smiles at her and walks away to do his business in private. Bette and Tina wait for him in the sitting area. This time was so different for Tina than last time when she’d accompanied Marcus by herself under duress having been forced into it by Bette who’d made all the plans without consulting her.

    In addition to summer camp and the birthday celebration Bette and Tina managed to keep Angie entertained for the entire summer. Most days she spent at the center with Tina and enjoyed the activities and field trips that were offered to kids in her age group. Jackie and Suzie’s parents let their girls spend a few days a week at the center as well so Angie was able to hang out with them for most of the summer.

    Bette had to facilitate the six weeks Arts and Culture Lecture series at the CU but she did get some time off for summer vacation. She used her free time and weekends to travel and acquire art for the gallery as well as to meet a variety of artists whose work she was interested in displaying. Tina went with her on some of the trips and there were even some occasions when they took Angie.

    Bette and Tina took Angie and her friends to SummerSounds, presented each year at the world-famous Hollywood Bowl. Bette and Angie had been attending these performances ever since Angie turned three and it was something they always did by themselves. It felt great to share it with Tina, and to have Angie’s friends join them this time.

      Love this story and sad to see it will soon be ending.

      I find your writing leads me to other thoughts about my own life. I celebrate my birthday in a couple of days, wish it were with Angie and Alice :)

      Like SassyGran it makes me sad that the story will coming to a end.

      But there are a few more chapters and i am Looking forward to it.

    7. The good news is that there was a sequel called ‘From Here to Eternal Love’ but it’s not ready to be re-posted. This one needs a major re-write but the framework is there. However finishing ‘Love a bridge between our differences’ is my priority so that comes first. You all are a great inspiration. I really appreciate all the encouragement.
