The phone rings a few times before Kit drops her head and closes her eyes as she listens to Bette’s voicemail. ”Bette, listen to me; you need to call me before you come here for dinner tonight. Do you hear me? I have something I need to tell you, but it ain’t something you need to hear over your damn voicemail. Please call me as soon as you get this message, baby girl……”
Kit ends the call and slides her phone onto her desk. She then sighs and shakes her head. ”Shit….”

Alice and Shane walk into The Planet.
Alice is talking Shane’s ear off as usual. ”Can you believe that shit?”
Shane shrugs as she looks down at her phone. ”Believe what?”
Alice narrows her eyes at Shane. ”You mean you haven’t heard a word I’ve said to you?”
Shane slides her phone into her pocket and smiles at Alice. ”Sorry, it’s a gift I’ve developed over the years….”
They both look around to see if they are the first to arrive and conclude that they are.
They take a few more steps before Shane’s eyes fall on a blonde woman and little girl with a head full of dark curls sitting at a table. ”Holy shit….”
Alice rolls her eyes. ”What? You had better not be looking at another woman cuz if you are, I’m telling Carmen….”
”Alice, shut up and follow my line of sight….”
Alice does what she is told, and her eyes widen when she sees Tina. ”Fuck!”
”Exactly. What do we do?”
”Well, I don’t know what you’re gonna do, but I’m going over there….”
Shane tries to stop Alice, but it’s too late. She stands back and helplessly watches as Alice marches across the room……

Tina is looking down and helping Angie with the colorful, kid-friendly maze that one of the waitresses brought to the table. She then looks up and does a doubletake when she sees Alice marching towards the table.
”Tina Kennard!” Alice calls.
”Alice Pieszecki…” Tina says with a nervous, gentle smile.
Alice folds her arms. ”What the hell are you doing here?”
”I—”
Alice holds her hand up as she interrupts Tina. ”You know what, don’t answer that…. because it doesn’t matter. Do you have any idea how mad I am at you? Still?”
