Love in Control – Chapter VIII – Will You Marry Me?

Jade drew the hand that had been caressing Rian’s back to the front, filling it with a fleshy mound, and tweaking the hard nipple. ”Unnhnn, Jade, that feels so good,” Rian panted with halting breaths. But she is driving me crazy with this slow pace! She sought to take some control of this slow seduction, and started rocking her hips into the exploring fingers, trying to get them to enter her.
With a low chuckle, Jade easily found the gaping entrance and gently eased one, then two, then three fingers in, and started her thumb rubbing the hard clit in slow lazy circles. She re-captured those soft lips as Rian rocked her hips harder, getting the friction on. ”Oh, baby, oh fuck … unhnn, oh … yes,” she moaned aloud, tearing her lips away again, throwing her neck back as she ground down on the slow-pumping fingers.
Jade sucked on a tender spot on Rian’s neck that she knew was a hot zone and bent her fingers as she continued to pump, searching for the spongy spot on her lover’s slippery, warm walls. She knew she got the mind-spinning combo of sucking on that tender spot, massaging a breast, worrying a nipple, rubbing on the hard clit, and brushing against that special spot, just right when she heard Rian explode. “Ja-a-a-de, baby … hot…fuck…unhhnnn…ye-e-e-ss!…”.
Rian’s hip-bucking grew more urgent, her slick walls were trying to grip the fast-moving fingers, and Jade knew things were coming to a head quickly, so she picked up the pace. “I love you baby,” she whispered into her lover’s ear when she felt those inner muscles ripple, and heard Rian cry out in ecstasy, her body trembling as warm juices flooded out, bathing Jade’s hand as it continued to pump – in, out, in out — but more slowly now.
Jade felt a tug on her shirt as Rian slumped over her, and understood. She leaned forward to get Rian to lean back for a moment, and supported her lover’s back with one arm as she yanked her shirt off with the other hand.
”Bed …” was the only discernible word that she heard Rian croak out. Rian helped her by standing up briefly on her own, and Jade quickly stood, about to pick her up and carry her to the bed, but paused. She decided to take her pants off first, and then helped Rian step out of the dress that pooled around her legs.

Hello everyone. Thanks for taking the time to comment. A few caveats: the story arc for “Love In Control” will not have much Bette/Tina romance, although there will be occasional scenes. Their story is evolving in this book — the evolution will see them in a family unit, rather than as a couple. This particular arc started with scenes in earlier chapters, and will be more central in the next chapters. I think I’ve gone over their romance (exhaustively) in the other books already, anyway, and I really don’t have much more to say about “Tibette” than what I’ve already written in the other books.
I sense that it’s time that they evolve and mature in my stories, as characters, otherwise, their story arc will not make much sense if they remain struck in TiBette-land (at least in my storyline). To be perfectly honest, an evolving, maturing Bette/Tina, in the way I’ve been writing about them, is infinitely more interesting for me to write. I can sense them growing, and it seems to be as part of a family unit: this evolution is more authentic and important in this book than “TiBette.” it’s the other couples, in the meantime, who will be developing their own romances.
In the end this book is about a few kinds of love, what they mean, etc., but make no mistake the evolving Bette/Tina take on love remains the central/anchoring one for this book, particularly as things take a turn in the next chapters.
i may disappoint many of the readers who take the time to click through the pages of this story … I hope they will understand that I really can’t write a story if it’s not something I believe in or can stand behind, or would even want to read myself. I have moved on, and have explored the limits of that particular time in their lives through several books already, and so have the Bette and Tina characters in my storylines. They are different now from who they were in the TiBette version of the earlier books from who they seem to be growing into —
maybe I should re-classify this book to another fandom, different from “L Word” even if Bette and Tina and their family are central characters?
I seem to be raising expectations by slotting this book under “L Word.” And that’s not fair to you, the readers.
While Bette and Tina originally attracted me to your writing, your Jade/Rain and Aerin/Harley characters have captivated me. Their unexplored characters are ripe with endless plot lines. Don’t apologize for the lack of TiBette romance, as your other characters and your writing are rich enough to sustain my appetite for a romantic escape.
