    Dana and Alice, the honeymoon. In paradise. Need I say more?

    The sound of the surf, lapping lazily onto the pristine beach, was a whisper from God. It called Alice from a deep, contented sleep the morning of their last day in paradise. She slipped softly from Dana’s arms, grabbed her robe and her shades and made her way to the water’s edge. Memories of the past two weeks flooded Alice’s minds eye as she dropped the robe and waded chest deep into the ocean before floating face up. Happy didn’t begin to describe how she felt as she was rocked by the barest of waves. This was a moment of perfection and she was determined to remember every bit of it. The entire trip had been about these moments. She’d finished her book and her editor was pleased with this draft, although she knew there’d be a ton of notes when she went to New York. Alice didn’t mind that because she knew this next round was about taking something good and making it better, which had been her goal along. One which she was, at times, absolutely certain she could not achieve, but Dana had never wavered in her belief and support. She and Dana had even managed to do a few tourist-y things, including taking a romantic helicopter tour of the island. Alice’s thoughts turned to Dana and how lucky they were to have each other, how hard they’d fought to get here.

    Dana sensed Alice’s absence almost immediately, but slipped back into her dreams for just a few minutes more, to relive the highlights of the last several days. When that didn’t work, she rolled out of bed, pulling the sheet with her. She caught a glimpse of Alice just as she was entering the water and was drawn onto the deck outside their bedroom. Mesmerized by the sight of Alice’s porcelain body bobbing languidly on the ocean surface, Dana slipped into her own reverie. Images of Alice flashed through her head at lightening speed and she found herself giving thanks for each and every second they’d ever spent together. In that moment, she felt invincible. There was nothing she couldn’t try, no dream she couldn’t pursue, no obstacle she couldn’t overcome with Al by her side. She laughed giddily when she realized that she’d beaten death itself, due in no small part to the devotion and love they had for one another.

    2. I’ve got to say mama this flows so well, I got snippets but together it just melts so perfectly together. I really can’t believe you were even the least bit worried. One bit of criticism I do have is this…um yeah more sex, I know this was mostly sex but I need more. It was so hot and steamy and I just wanted like 7 to 9 more pages of it, but its ok save it for next time. This was mostly perfect just add in those 7 to 9 pages (I’m thinkin 9 more than 7) and you’ve got a flawless chapter. Maybe a little bob action? You know…you know what I mean a little Bob lab? No? But yeah everything is great and I love the piece at the end very sweet memorable ending. Well there you go I read it even more amazing the 4th time (which is how many times I’ve read it)

And don’t worry about posting infrequently, you know you have a lot of fans who will be happy to read whatever you put up, no matter how much time passes between chapters.
