    Dana looked at her friend with big eyes.

    “Wow Tina, you never ever shared that knowledge with me. That’s deep though!”

    Dana’s father looked at Tina and said: “Tina I didn’t want to offend you or put you on the spot. I was just curious. But if you ever fall in love with a woman or a man and you want to talk about it. I can listen, feel free to trust me. Don’t ever be ashamed about who you love.”

    Why did that specific conversation came up? Tina didn’t know. Should she call Dana’s father and tell him about this? She knew she could trust him. And she felt at ease with him. Maybe she would call him when she got home. But what would she tell him? What would she ask him? Tell him she was falling in love with a woman that she didn’t know anything of? That would be weird.
    Danny pulled her out of her thoughts. He looked at her with his bright brown eyes. Danny’s father wasn’t Caucasian, that was certain. Alice never told Tina who Dany’s father was. Tina didn’t push her to tell her. She only saw that Danny was a gorgeous little boy and he would be a heartbreaker for sure.

    “Hey little one, you’re awake? Let’s go home, change your diapers and get you something to eat.”

    Tina took Danny out of the stroller and cuddled him, which he liked because he started to coo. She kissed him and put him back in the stroller and walked back home.

    She just finished feeding him when his mother came home.

    “Hey Tina, how did it go?”

    “It went great, you know that Danny is the most pleasant baby boy to babysit. We’ve been to the park, feeded the ducks. He fell asleep and I read a book. That is I tried to but I was distracted with thoughts.”

    8. I hope Tina don’t let her dreams ruin her feelings for Bette…but more importantly please please don’t let Bette fall for Candace, ugh although she sounds very nice in this story. I love the way Alice and Tina became friends, so different..Tina’s boyfriend is a asshole
