    I sit awake in bed looking out the patio doors as the light of the moon shines through and gives my room a slight glow.

    A part of me feels like I should have taken that walk with Tina.

    I lift my body from the sheets and step closer towards the patio doors.

    I glance blindly around the room for my phone.

    When I pick it up I noticed a text from Tina.

    I open it.

    “You think after all these years, I’d believe that fake sickness. You think I don’t know you. Why did you blow me off? We really should talk.”

    I sigh. And then respond with a simple “yes we do.”

    I place my phone back down and make my way back to bed.

    I lay there for a few minutes and think about words.

    Words I could possibly say to describe the way I feel. The way I am thinking. But I can’t seem to search hard enough to find anything.

    I hear a slight knock at the door that startles me from my thoughts.

    I think that it must be Rachel tipsy and not being herself.

    But when I answer, I see Tina.


    “You aren’t blowing me off this time. The kids are fast asleep. And I want to take a walk with you.”

    I nod without speaking and turn to grab my sweater.

    I exit the room with her.

    “Your quick responses to stop yourself from saying certain things from me, worries me because I know it isn’t you. I know you are hiding something from me.”

    “I imagined after all this time, it would be easier.”

    I look over at her as we walk through the hall to the main entrance.

    “I don’t know how to react towards you anymore, Tina. All of a sudden as soon as someone that isn’t me steps into your life. My heart jumps right back to you. Even if it isn’t what I want.”

    “Are you jealous over me or jealous of the fact that it isn’t you anymore.”

    “I can’t seem to answer that truthfully myself. But even though I feel this way, I know what we have is over, T.”

    I look over at her and notice her facial expression change to an unpleasant look.

    2. Fantastic to see a update, I didn’t forgot this story, it is amazing and i miss it.

      Life can be a pain in the ass, but again i truly appreciate that you found the time to update.

      Rachel, how stupid and mean she is, instead of talking to Bette about her feelings she decides on purpose to step out and seek for a lay. It is good that Shane stopped it, but she should have done that before they ripped each others clothes of.

      I feel so sorry for Bette, she loves her, not that Rachel is the love of her life, but she fell for her.

      But i am a true Tibetter, so bye Rachel and Danielle.

      Tina should Bette tell about Danielle job offer and the possibility of moving.
