    Summary:
    The night continues....

    Michelle drops her head. “I agree…” she quietly says.

    Bette then glares at Michelle, silently waiting for her to leave.

    Michelle gets the point. She sighs and stands up with Mickey in her arms. “I want to put him to bed and get some things for work….”

    “Fine…” Bette impatiently says. She then puts on a reassuring smile as she kisses Mickey’s cheeks. “Good night, buddy….”

    Kit also kisses her nephew and then watches Michelle leave the room before she turns and looks at Bette. “You need me to stay until she leaves?”

    Bette shakes her head as she tosses Mikey’s toys into the toy box in the corner. “No, I know you need to get back to The Planet…. thank you again….”

    “No problem….” Kit says as she walks over and cups Bette’s face. “You call me if you need me, understand?”

    Bette nods as tears roll down her face. “I will…”

    Kit kisses her sister’s forehead, then turns and walks out of the room. Bette then wipes her tears and continues to clean up the living room……

    About twenty minutes later, Michelle walks into the kitchen just as Bette pours a cup of tea.

    “So, I guess we’re gonna have to come up with some kind of schedule for Mickey?” Michelle says.

    Bette keeps her back to Michelle and doesn’t respond.

    Michelle sighs and drops her shoulders. “Look, I know you hate me right now, but we still have a child to think about…. He’s so used to seeing both of us when he wakes up in the morning…. I wish we could just–”

    Bette scoffs and turns around to face Michelle. “Just what, Michelle? Forget that you’re fucking somebody else?”

    “No…I….” Michelle stops talking and drops her head. “I don’t know what I mean…”

    Bette clenches her jaw in anger as she glares at Michelle. She then takes a long, cleansing breath and looks away. “I’ll come up with a schedule and send it to you; just let Kit know if it works for you or not….”

    “Kit?” Michelle asks as she lifts her head and looks at Bette.

    “Yeah, Kit…. I don’t wanna talk to you right now, Michelle…I have no interest in doing that at the moment…so yes, we’ll go through Kit for now….”

    1. Thank you for the new chapter. Tina and Bette act as close friends, even Tina is much closer than Alice, Shane, and Dana. I wonder if things will soon evolve in a romantic sense.

    2. Bette is actually being considerate of Michelle by allowing her to get a few things and her car. And of course, they agree that Mickey should remain in his home while his parents sort things out. Why is it that people who cheat believe they will never get caught? And once they do get caught, they have no plan on how they are going to provide the necessities of life like food, shelter and transportation? At least Michelle now has her car… next problem to solve is shelter.

    3. Thanks for posting! Not so sure Michelle really loves Bette so much. Why did she cheat then instead of opening up to her wife about her frustrations and her fears? Can’t wait to see how the talk went when Bette is ready to see Michelle.

    5. Bette is still too raw and hurt to deal with Michelle and her foolishness. She is full of regret because her azz got CAUGHT CHEATING!!! She’s not doing all that skinn’ and grinning now with her lil cute phone calls and text!!! I see she tried to worm her butt back into the house…Mickey is used to see us BOTH together. DON’T GIVE IN BETTE!!! Where the hell is AVA now… (hahahahaha) Glad Kit offered to be a go between for them with Mickey. Bette letting her get the car back was a blessing, I know it was done with Mickey in mind.
      I got NO PATIENCE for insecure azz Michelle!!!

      Tina and Kit are her biggest SUPPORT right now it seems. She is very vulnerable with them both. I’m glad Tina told her about seeing Michelle with another woman on her date night. Bette didn’t hold it against her, WHEW. Tina was in a sticky situation with that one…seeing your EX wife NEW WIFE on a date with someone else!!!

      I’m glad Tina and Bette are communicating better and are actually becoming FRIENDS.
