Tina: (smiling) “hmm…, and who would be that?”
Alice looked at Tina angry while everybody else laughed.
Now
They were arriving at Bette’s house in Hartford, and both went inside to look for the ring Bette bought for Tina.
Tasha: “can I see it?”
Bette moved a frame in the wall where a security box was built-in, she used the digital keyboard, a small piece unlocked exposing an eye-hole; Bette approached her face and look through the electronic glass, while using her left thumb, and the security box opened, there were few small boxes inside, she took one of them extracting a little black velvet box containing a 2 cuts diamond in 18 K yellow gold a classic 6-prong solitaire.
Bette: “here it is”
Tasha: “wow…, oh my God, Bette… it’s wonderful, it must cost you an arm and a leg…”
Bette: “more or less, yes it is very expensive and I spent most of my savings… it’s exclusive, specially designed for her”
Tasha: “you love her very much…”
Bette: “yup…, this is nothing; there is nothing in this world as worthy as her”
Tasha: (sighing) “I understand…”
A loud noise at the door frighten them, Tasha pushed Bette farther inside the house, pulled her gun and walked cautiously to look outside through the window.
Framingham, Ma, same day 9:30 am
Brenda and Kate are close to the exit of the Massachusetts Turnpike to Framingham; Kate looked through the rear-view mirror and a little bit of concern appeared on her face.
Kate: “something is wrong…”
Brenda: “what? You think Tina won’t be there… where else she could be?”
Kate: “no Tina…, I think someone is following us”
Brenda: “are you paranoid…? Who’ll want to chase us?”
Kate: “hmm…your right”
But the van continued riding behind them, now was Brenda looking through the side mirror, she took her phone from her purse and took a picture of the image in the mirror.
Kate: “what are you doing?”
Brenda: “you may be right, apparently someone is following, I took a picture”
Kate: “what for?”
Brenda: (looking to the image just taken with her cell phone) “it has the plate number; I’ll check who these people are as soon as we meet Tina”
Kate: “are you emailing it to her? She is not answering emails”

As promised i finally had the time to read your update.
I should have remembered that the guys would take the wrong “girlfriend”. But you always give us so much information it slipped my mind, forgive me.
The girls are getting closer to the solution and when they do i hope all those bastards get what they deserve.
I really loved to read how Alice and Dana became a couple, i hope they will be reunited soon.
Bette took a risk to not inform Tina what her plan was but she was forgiven quickly when she told her she picked up the sample. I hope it took.
