Side Effects Chapter 12 – THE MYSTERIOUS SISTER

Bette: “baby…, I wanted to do something for a long while”
Tina: (impatient) “what…?”
Bette opened the door and holding Tina for her arm, bent and carried the astonished blonde inside the apartment and with her foot, she kicked the door closed.
Tina: “whoa…, babe, I’m heavy.”
Bette: “no, you are not, and I’m stronger and older.”
Tina: “only by five months.”
Bette: “are you hungry?”
Tina: “yes… and you are my best meal.”
Bette: “same here, I just want to eat from you.”
They went to their bedroom where they helped each other to remove their clothes and with their naked bodies both girls lay on their bed to let their bodies and souls celebrate their first apartment.
Now
Tina: “we were experts on making love while driving”
Bette: “yeah…, though dangerous, we persisted…, even after Jane arrested us…”
Tina: “fortunately Maura intervened and we never were booked in the police station.”
Bette: “I think Jane just wanted to scare us…, she knew we had that habit…”
Tina: “what…? How did she know?”
Bette: “everybody knew, baby…, Jane, Maura, Shane, Carmen, Alice, Dana, Frankie, Jenny, Marina… I guess even James knew…, I think Alice caught us sometimes at night while driving from the university to our apartment…, she never told us but she spoke with the others; one day Shane told me.”
Tina: “why you didn’t tell me…?”
Bette: “what was the point? You would feel bad…, and I forbade each one of them to bother you…”
Tina: “yeah…, we have gone through many things…, many of them because of that monster…”
Bette: “forget about the past, baby, Don Kennard can’t separate us…, we are a family now.”
Tina: “yes baby, I know we are now strong and solid.”
Next day 8:00 am
Maura didn’t tell Jane, anything she heard from the conversation between Bette and Louise; but she was determined to talk to Tina’s sister; she knew the story of Tina’s family, from their conversations when they were at MIT. Initially, during graduate school, she suspected something wrong and sad was in the blonde past; later she partially guessed the tragedy behind her dear friend’s family, and everything was confirmed when Tina was interrogated by Tasha in the presence of Joyce Wischnia and her at the Boston police department a few months ago. What she couldn’t understand is how Bette was in contact with Louise without telling Tina.

Hi SG:
Thanks, I was going to bring this story back anyway, and I wanted it to be soon, well it wasn’t that soon, but I’m retaking the plot.
I know what you think, and I’m not going to make any promise (I don’t like words but facts) but you may read the next chapter pretty soon.
Thanks, for your good wishes.
P
Hi,
Look forward to ‘pretty soon’!!! :-)
