Tina looked at him thinking about his last words.

Giving in to Jodi’s demand, Kelly has accepted to meet William Wentworth; the old man, is a well-known personality in social and economic circles, and most of the funding for the Ecology and Evolution Institute where she works depends on his vote, so Kelly, against her wishes, has accepted to have a meeting with the tycoon in her own office at this time.
William: “I am an open mind man, Kelly, I know about your love for science, but, I want you to know that I’m very interested, you are so beautiful and smart Kelly, I really would like to date you”
Kelly: “William, your words please me, and I appreciate very much your kindness and interest in me, but, I live for my research”
William: “I know, young lady, but you have a life to live too…, look I’m not the young man I was, but I could give you a life plenty of comfort and money, trips around the world, a high social circle of friends, and power, you could have all the funding for your projects”
Kelly: “oh… William, I’m very flattered, but you know, I am different than the other women you have met”
William: “how different can you be, my darling?”
Kelly: “I already told you, I like women no men”
William: “well…, honey…, no one is perfect, I still keep my offer, to you”
Kelly wanted to disenchant the old man and explain to him how great she feels for women and how impossible it could be for her to feel not even a millionth of that for a man; however in the eagerness of keep a friendly relationship and avoid any retaliation against the institute, she forgot to tell him that she didn’t like the selfishness, chauvinistic and possessively way in his manners.
Kelly: “William…, I think you don’t understand…, I’m a lesbian, I like women as you do, I enjoy having a woman in my bed, making love with her, I enjoy touching and caressing a woman’s body, talking to her when we make love, I like everything about that, I like the foreplay and the afterglow when I have sex with my girlfriend…; William, you have to understand, I wouldn’t be a good girlfriend for you, I don’t feel attraction for men…”

Keeping secrets to protect the woman or friends you love is hard and i feel sorry for both of them.
I hope they are able to save Dana, Carmen and all the others. Donovan and the other man are very creepy and sick man. I hope they torture and castrate them.

Thank you for your comment, yes this chapter is a little hard, I put here what I didn’t write in chapter 2, but I think it’s important to show the whole picture.
I agree with you, secrets are difficult to keep especially if they involve loved ones.
Unfortunately, more people will be abducted, let see what our friends would be able to do about that.

Amazing update, although it’s really heart breaking,
Tina and Bette won’t be a classic couple unless facing all odds, feeling so sad for Tina about the trauma.
Bette’s computer abilities were really useful, hope that Dana and most of the girls can get rid off this catastrophe as soon as possible.

Yes, Bette’s and Tina’s relationship has been shadowed by the wickedness of Tina’s vicious uncle, whose obsessiveness is growing as a snowball that is destroying many other innocent people.
I also hope Dana and all the other victims who still alive could be cure from the ‘poison’ injected into their bodies.
