“I don’t know”
“Come on we don’t bite” replied Shane with a chuckle
“Ok then I’m going to grab my bag I’ll meet you out front” Tina said
“Sounds good”
“What did you do that for Shane” Alice said annoyed
“Come on Al, she seems really nice she’s just shy” Shane said
“Uugh, she’s probably real boring did see what’s she’s wearing today? Come on who still wears shoulder
Pads?”
“Al, when did you become such a snob? “ Bette asked shaking her head
“I’m not a snob I’m just asking’”
Shane grabs Alice by the arm as they start to walk out of the office Bette yells
“Play nice Alice!!”
“I will boss”
Just like she said Tina was sitting on a bench outside waiting for them to come down.
“You ready Tina” Shane asked
“Yeah all set.”
They all got into Alice’s mini and made their way to the plant. The Planet was a local hang out, they served food during the day and at night it became West Hollywood’s hottest night club.
“Have you’ve been to the plant before Tina?” Asked Shane
“No, all I know is that it must be really good because Bette seems to order from there a lot”
“Yeah the food is great, but there’s another reason Bette always eats there the owner of the Planet is Bette’s sister” Shane said
“Oh, ok now that makes sense for a minute I thought Bette owned some stock in the restaurant” Tina said laughing
“Yeah well Bette and Kit are real close so they try and support each other whenever they can”
They walk into the planted and are immediately greeting by Kit.
“Hey baby girls, what you guys been up to?” Kit asked giving Shane and Alice a hug
“Hey Kit were just here for lunch” Shane said
“Where’s that workaholic no good sister of mine, she coming?”
“No, Kit she had some work to catch up on” Alice explained
“I swear that sister of mine is going to work herself to an early grave”
“Hey Kit” Shane said “This is Tina, she’s covering for Allison while she’s on maternity leave”
“Hey Tina, nice to finally meet you I feel I know you already we talk on the phone all the time.” Kit said

Something tells me Tina is going to ask Alice to help her with a makeover! I can see it now–Tina’s going to come in Monday morning with a brand new look and it will make Bette take notice!! Catherine who?? LMAO I love this story. Don’t keep us waiting long for an update! PPS
great chapter – I really like this story! I hope Alice tells Bette everything she knows about Tina – and i agree with the other posts I hope Alice helps her with a makeover. Its clear that these two are attracted to each other. I can’t wait to read more! PPS
Man what a heart wrenching story Tina told…and I think Tina is mega jealous of Catherine, but worry not; I get the feeling no matter how sexy Catherine is, Bette only had eyes for one woman…Tina! Bet she’ll finally realize it tonight while she’s out with Catherine. PPS can’t wait to see what you’ve got in store for us.
Alice need to take Tina shopping, I like to see Bette’s face when Tina comes back after that….
I dont like Catherine. Like Tina said, she does what she can on the limited income. How many of them has worked two jobs and still the head of her class>If Tina had the money she would realy know how to dress. She clean,had the money to have braces put on,she eat frugely and now has a beautiful smile and the glasses are next. Her family is missing out on a wonderful person That is who we should feel sad for, they have and will miss so much Thanks so much

She didn’t notice her jacket cause she was only looking at her eyes and her breasts!!! Tina’s story was heartbreaking, but I have a feeling Bette will be making her feel much better very soon, right? Great chapter, PPS.
