    Author Notes: Hey everyone, I'm so excited to share the updated version of my story with you I've rewritten and expanded it, adding Tina's POV to give you a deeper look into their journey and I hope you love it too I'd love to know what you think.
    Summary:
    Bette and Tina’s love story began with sparks and endless excitement. They built a life together, filled with dreams of a future, but over time, cracks began to form. Now, standing on the brink of divorce, they must decide whether their relationship can be mended or if it’s beyond repair. Can they overcome the pain and past mistakes, or is it time to let go for good? Their journey is one of healing, forgiveness, and the search for hope in the face of uncertainty. I hope you enjoy following their journey and the emotional twists that come with it.

    Tina loves to watch her daughter’s cheeks puff up slightly as she sleeps, her tiny nose scrunching now and then. Angelica’s every movement, from her sleepy stretches to the way she occasionally murmurs something unintelligible in her dreams, fills Tina’s heart with warmth and tenderness.

    Tina (whispering softly): My beautiful children …

    She walks over to Bradley’s side first, gently nudging him awake. His little face scrunches up at the disturbance, but he doesn’t protest, always so cooperative.

    Tina: Bradley, sweetheart, time to get up. We’ve got a busy day ahead.

    Bradley rubs his eyes, blinking sleepily but immediately starting to straighten the blanket around him. Just like Bette, he’s already trying to keep things organized even before fully awake. Bradley is sharp for his age attending kindergarten, he’s already showing signs of his intelligence and focus.

    Bradley (groggily, with a little yawn): Morning, Mommy…

    Tina smiles, her heart warming at his effort to start the day the right way.

    Tina: Morning, my love. Come on, let’s get ready. We’ve got a lot to do today. Go brush your teeth, I’ll be in to help you with your clothes in a second.

    Bradley nods, getting out of bed and heading toward the bathroom to start his routine. Tina watches him for a moment, proud of how independent he’s becoming.

    She moves to Angelica’s side next, her heart swelling as she watches her youngest still curled up in a ball, her soft face resting on her pillow. Tina gently strokes her daughter’s messy hair, watching her little features soften as the sunlight kisses her skin.

    Tina: Angelica, sweetie, time to wake up.

    Angelica’s face scrunches up at the sound of her mother’s voice, a little frown forming as she pulls the covers tighter around her. She lets out a soft giggle, half still in dreamland, before rolling over to her side.

    Tina (whispering with a soft chuckle): Come on, baby. Time to get up, we don’t want to be late.

    Angelica mumbles, still refusing to give up on the last remnants of sleep, just like Tina. Her blonde waves are sticking out every which way, a little wild and free, and Tina can’t help but smile at her daughter’s spirit.

    Angelica (half asleep, barely opening her eyes): Five more minutes, Mommy… pwease

    3. Oh dear, I just found your story today. Great start, well it’s sad, but I think Bette will do everything she can to win Tina back. What’s with the name Bradley Knox..What’s with the difference in the last name if these are Bette’s children? Please continue this story. Can’t wait for a new chapter. WE WANT MORE…FAST, FAST,FASTER. Lol

As for the last name his full name is Bradley Knox Porter. He’s the son of both Bette Porter and Tina Kennard.     10. This is a great story! Nice job!
      I must tell you, accidentally I stumbled on this one on another website and there this first chapter is much much longer, with Tina’s POV. Can you fix that, for other readers here, please?

        I’m really glad you’re enjoying the story and yes the longer version with Tina’s POV was part of an extended draft I shared elsewhere. I’ll definitely update it here too so everyone can get the full experience from both perspectives.
