    Author Notes: Hey everyone, I'm so excited to share the updated version of my story with you I've rewritten and expanded it, adding Tina's POV to give you a deeper look into their journey and I hope you love it too I'd love to know what you think.
    Summary:
    Bette and Tina’s love story began with sparks and endless excitement. They built a life together, filled with dreams of a future, but over time, cracks began to form. Now, standing on the brink of divorce, they must decide whether their relationship can be mended or if it’s beyond repair. Can they overcome the pain and past mistakes, or is it time to let go for good? Their journey is one of healing, forgiveness, and the search for hope in the face of uncertainty. I hope you enjoy following their journey and the emotional twists that come with it.

    Tina: Here you go, baby. Brush your teeth while I help Bradley.

    Angelica takes the toothbrush, still half-asleep, and starts brushing her teeth with exaggerated motions. Tina heads to help her son, but Bradley is already in the tub. His little face is scrunched in concentration as he works with determination, scrubbing himself with water splashing around him. His focus is intense as he tries to bathe himself, a tiny little grownup in the making.

    Tina smiles, standing for a moment to watch him. Her heart swells with pride at his independence. Still, she moves closer to help him.

    Tina: So you’re already done with your bath, huh?

    Bradley looks up at her, his serious little face unwavering as he nods.

    Bradley: I can do it, Mom.

    Tina chuckles. She gently grabs a towel and wraps it around him. She takes him out of the bathroom and hands him his clothes for the day, watching as he carefully slips into his shirt and pants with little assistance. He’s already trying to button up his shirt, determined to do it on his own.

    Tina smiles, her heart full, as she watches him work. She then moves to comb his hair, the unruly curls a challenge, but something she’s well used to by now. She gently works through the tangles, trying to tame the wild curls, all the while admiring how seriously he takes everything just like his mother.

    Tina (smiling warmly): Alright, all done. You look handsome, big guy.

    Bradley glances up at her, his face lighting up with a small but proud smile.

    Bradley (nodding seriously): Thanks, Mom.

    Tina watches him for a moment, still amazed at how quickly he’s growing up. She ruffles his hair affectionately and gives him a quick kiss on the forehead before heading to the next part of her routine.

    Tina (gently): Okay, Angie, time to get you ready for your bath.

    Angelica makes a dramatic show of stretching, her body twisting in all kinds of silly ways as she pouts a little.

    Angelica (in her most exaggerated, adorable voice): No wanna bath, Mommy… Wanna play

    Tina can’t help but laugh at her antics, shaking her head. She leans down to scoop Angelica into her arms.

    Tina: We’ll play after your bath, sweetie. Let’s get you clean so you can have some fun.

    3. Oh dear, I just found your story today. Great start, well it’s sad, but I think Bette will do everything she can to win Tina back. What’s with the name Bradley Knox..What’s with the difference in the last name if these are Bette’s children? Please continue this story. Can’t wait for a new chapter. WE WANT MORE…FAST, FAST,FASTER. Lol

As for the last name his full name is Bradley Knox Porter. He’s the son of both Bette Porter and Tina Kennard.     10. This is a great story! Nice job!
      I must tell you, accidentally I stumbled on this one on another website and there this first chapter is much much longer, with Tina’s POV. Can you fix that, for other readers here, please?

        I’m really glad you’re enjoying the story and yes the longer version with Tina’s POV was part of an extended draft I shared elsewhere. I’ll definitely update it here too so everyone can get the full experience from both perspectives.
