    Tina smiles at the epiphany. Her heart feels lighter, her head clearer. Her body is warming quickly as she lays a hand over Bette’s chest. She can feel her lover’s heart beating calmly yet it beats with such strength and certainty. She knows it beats only for her. Tina laughs, tears starting to flow from her tired eyes. Was it that easy? Was it just a matter of deciding to fight for her lover that has suddenly and surely released her of her burden and knocked away her layers of protection? Like a puzzle where the last piece, the piece that was missing, is placed with determination and purpose and the beautiful and loving picture is now whole and complete. It’s always been there. The trust, the openness, the acceptance, Tina just needed to embrace it, like she did back on the island when she first realized her true feelings for the pilot. It was that simple then too.

    She climbs on top of Bette and strokes her cheek. She lays gentle kisses on her lips over and over again until Bette wakes. Bette’s eyes pop open and she sees Tina grinning at her. She looks excited, childlike, and in love. Bette smiles warmly.

    “What’s going on T? Are you okay?”

    “I’m fine, Baby. I love you. I love you so much and I almost lost you. I’m taking on my personal demons. I’m tearing down my walls. I’m letting you in and I won’t push you away ever again. I will make my heart a happy place because it belongs to you.”

    “Tina…It’s not that simp…”

    Bette doesn’t get a chance to finish as Tina’s lips crash onto hers. The kiss is fiery and passionate and it fills them both with love and desire. Tina breaks from the kiss and begins her journey to reacquaint herself with the strong, beautiful body that is her sanctuary. Her lips are hot and eager and her tongue is hungry to taste Bette’s sweet, addictive skin. She envelops the perfect breast in her mouth and feels the heat in their core as her lover moans and lifts her chest for encouragement. Her hands roam, feeling every inch, every curve, every muscle as they slowly migrates towards heaven. Tina smiles at the wetness when she reaches her final destination.

    4. I think Helena receive a kick in the ass by Tina and Bette and friendship will be lost by Tina and the girls. I hope that this time a coup Bette and Tina Helena too! Thanks for your chapter.

    5. If Tina is questioning anyone’s devious motives it should be Helena’s not Bette. All she needs to do is think about what happened on the island and how she came to be on that plane in the first place. Additionally she either trusts Bette or she doesn’t. Bette doesn’t need to explain herself. If Bette is an assassin, I hope Helena is her next target and this time she finishes the job. :-)

    9. As Tina’s friends they should’ve been told her what Helna was trying to do. They are not.really good friends because they are continually let Helena attempt to sabotage B&T relationship without Tina having a clue.
