    “I know. I’ve been reading about her.” Tina drops her eyes. She kisses Bette’s chest to hide her guilty face. Bette doesn’t notice as the hot lips on her skin reignite her passion. She swallows hard.

    “What about me not working. Does it really bother you? I mean… I am paying my share and I am working on something big.”

    “God no, Bette. It was never about money. I don’t care if you’re working or not. It’s just…I was lost and afraid and I needed a reason to lash out, a reason to be mad at you, or push you away, more to the point.” Tina lets out a deep breath. “I have this tendency to say the most stupidest things, whether is makes sense or not, just to have a reason to leave. It’s completely psychotic, I know. You are so open, so sure about your feelings for me. You never had any doubts, and here I was flailing. And not because I don’t love you because I love more than anything, it just that I don’t trust that you love me as much I love you. I mean…how could you?” Tina shrugs, her face is red and her heart is pounding. “I guess I just can’t imagine why you’re with me when you could be with anyone, anyone half sane that is.” She tries to smile. Her voice is almost a whisper.

    “Tina… I don’t know what I need to do or say to get you to trust me. I love you. I want only you. You are an amazing woman and I’m so lucky to have you.” Bette leans in and kisses Tina sweetly, softly. “Okay?”

    “Yeah, okay”

    “And we promised each other not to make money an issue.”

    “I know. I’m sorry. I’m an idiot and I’m insane and I’ll keep the crazy and insecure Tina in the closet. Do what makes you happy, baby.”

    “Well baby, what makes me happy is making you happy.” Bette grins seductively. She throws one knee over Tina and hovers over her body, a hungry, rapturous look on her face.

    “Oh!” Tina gasps as she feels Bette’s talented tongue tickle her most sensitive spot, her body flooding with pure carnal pleasure.

    “Helena, I can not do lunch today. I promised Bette I’d be home by seven and that won’t happen unless I get all this shit sorted out.” Tina groans into the phone. She’s actually having an incredibly productive day. She smiles at Bette’s picture sitting on her desk. Everything seems to be falling into place. It’s amazing how light and happy she feels now that her battles are over and she let Bette back in.

    4. I think Helena receive a kick in the ass by Tina and Bette and friendship will be lost by Tina and the girls. I hope that this time a coup Bette and Tina Helena too! Thanks for your chapter.

    5. If Tina is questioning anyone’s devious motives it should be Helena’s not Bette. All she needs to do is think about what happened on the island and how she came to be on that plane in the first place. Additionally she either trusts Bette or she doesn’t. Bette doesn’t need to explain herself. If Bette is an assassin, I hope Helena is her next target and this time she finishes the job. :-)

    9. As Tina’s friends they should’ve been told her what Helna was trying to do. They are not.really good friends because they are continually let Helena attempt to sabotage B&T relationship without Tina having a clue.
