    The Most Distant Course

    Jodi gets her breath back.

“No matter what their intention was, betraying the company is taboo. Eric happened to found it and intending to let the traitor revealed.”

“Father, do you really believe this?” Tina asks in a shaky tone. “After all, I’ve done for you, do you really believe what she’s said?”

“Even you didn’t lie, Justine,” Sebastian Cooper doesn’t smile. “Why did you withdraw money from your account?”

Tina looks at that small piece of paper, the title is no mistakes.

Central Bank, Tina Kennard, Jun 06, 2011. Withdrew 500 thousand dollars.

Tina didn’t know how Eric Cassie got this from, surely there’s someone in the bank helping him to do so. As a lawyer, he knew ways to get through this. This must be the reason he was being killed…But the question is, the process of the money taken is secret, how did he get this?

    Tina is panicking,

“This is no right,” Tina shakes her head. “There must be something wrong, father, this receipt must be a fake, I will never do such thing like that.”

Jodi makes a gesture, two big guy rushes by Tina’s side and grabs her, suppresses her on the ground. The elder blonde knees down, leaning close to Tina’s ear.

“Don’t get me wrong, sister, this is nothing personal.”

Bette has had enough, she stands up.

“Sir, I believe the credential of the receipt needs to be authenticated, we can’t just simply trust one piece of paper then define that Ms. Cooper is betraying the company.”

“Are you too, supporting the traitor, Bev?” Jodi says loudly. “Or do you believe Ms. Justine Cooper is innocent simply because you are in loved with her?”

Bette’s face twists together. “Shut your mouth, Jodi Lerner.”

“You want me to shut my mouth?” Jodi slowly walks closely to Bette. “How dare you speak to me like this?”

“I dare you don’t have other things that can be taken out to prove.”

“There is nothing wrong, Justine,” Jodi laughs. “If you still won’t admit, my dear sister, there was one more thing I can help you retrieve your memory.”

Jodi waves to Max, Sebastian cooper’s valuable right-hand man, he doesn’t say a word, simply taking out a briefcase from the cupboard not far away and puts it on the main desk. Jodi opens the case, there’s a disk in it.

    1. Hi CJ:

      OMG, what a chapter.

You made us suffer the last post with all those hidden conversations.

So Tina knew everything from the beginning; and Bette, she never doubted of her.

Interesting end for Jodie, she was looking for it; so sad Sam has to go in that way.

Henry was also mean and stupid, he had to end like that whether by the hand of the crime empire or by the hand of the law.

Very calculated, step by step chapter, almost unbelievable, but it makes sense to me.

Now I hope you have that hidden card in your sleeve and show us soon, for a clean end.

Thanks for the wonderful story CJ.

Congratulations again for the legalization of the same-sex marriage!!!

    2. Hi CJ,

As first, Congratulations for the legalization of the same-sex marriage!!! It is amazing!!!

Wow, what a climax, Jodi and Henry got what they deserved. And Bette and Tina knew it all?! Wow again!!!

Sad that Sam had to die, but after all she did to harm and hurt Bette, she did the right thing at the end, giving her life to save Bette, because at the end Bette is the one who truly make Tina happy. Still wondering what has Sam done to Tina in the past that was so horrible?

Looking forward to the next chapter and if you still have a card to show that will ultimately lead to a happy ending for our couple.

    3. Thank you for the chapter!

So, like i assumed, fight between Bette and Tina was only trick for Jodie, well done. Next Sebastian.
And of course i hate cliffhanger like in the end of the chapter)

      Waiting for the next!

    4. Thanks for the update and for sorting out a much better and less distant course for TiBette :-)

Looking forward to the next Chapter in the hope that you write us a nice happy ending for my favourite couple:-) I will then forgive your latest cliffhanger :-)
