    ”You two are squishing me” I say as they both broke apart and I hear them giggle. I can’t wait till I get bigger and I won’t be squished anymore. Mama and Mama B have not stopped talking since we got in the car. I now wish they would stop and go back to the

    ”Oh my God Bette. I had forgotten about that. The intervention and the questionnaire’s they left for us to fill out. They made fun of my fuzzy slippers. Those were so comfortable too” Mama said laughing.

    ”You remember the yacht party. And we stood back commenting on how boring Alice and ”Lisa” were. And Dana with her drunk dance. I wish I would have filmed that. I could have blackmailed her with it” Mama B said 

    ”Oh Dana. God Bette. I wish I would have been here. Had I known what she was going through I would have come back” Mama said and it sounded like she was going to cry and it made me sad whatever they were talking about.

    ”I know you would have Tee. But she is healthy and happy now. She is a commentator for ESPN and she and Alice travel quite a bit to the different tennis tournaments throughout the year. Our goofy Dana provides great humor too. You need to listen to her one day when she is doing a match.” Mama B said and both of them laughed.

    I really like to hear them laugh it makes me happy.

    ”When will I get to see all of these people” I ask 

    ”We are going to surprise them tonight at your Auntie Kit’s club” Mama B says and I clap feeling excited.

    ”Bette? Is it a private party or a public one” Mama asks 

    ”It’s private just for us. I mean the club is still open to the public but she sets up the back meeting room just for the family” Mama B said

    ”Will I get to go?” I ask because if it is for adults I’m never allowed to go. 

    Mama B rubbed my head

    ”Yes kiddo. Of course you are going. You are going to be the life of the party and Auntie Kit has a sofa in her office that you can sleep on when you get ready” Mama B said and I give her a thumbs up

    2. Thanks so much for finishing this story. Without giving away any spoilers I enjoyed how it all ended. I really laughed at the humorous notes SS had left for them at the appropriate moments. Bette could sure be a cynic, alcohol or not.. Thanks again and I look forward for more Bette and Tina stories as they are my fave couple of all time.

    3. So happy for this final chapter. Loved that they are back together and can continue the love they have for each other and by doing so giving Angie a family. Great story. What about an epilogue for this lovely story. I know, never satisfied. Thanks for posting.
