    Dana: How old are you, Al? Alice: It looks fun, Dana. Dana looked down at the piece of meat in front of her, resting in Alice’s lap. The meat was pink, with darker areas for eyes, a nose and a mouth. The meat even had ears. She chuckled at Alice and they carried on browsing

    Dana: How old are you, Al?

    Alice: It looks fun, Dana.

    Dana looked down at the piece of meat in front of her, resting in Alice’s lap. The meat was pink, with darker areas for eyes, a nose and a mouth. The meat even had ears. She chuckled at Alice and they carried on browsing the supermarket. After a few more aisles, and a lot more items in their basket, they came across something they had heard Helena mention.

    Alice: Dana, isn’t that what Helena mentioned?

    Dana: The name looks familiar. Should we get some?

    Alice: I don’t know, I guess we could try it.

    Dana: We’ll just get a small jar, and if we don’t like it, we can throw it away.

    Alice nodded in agreement and put the item in the basket. They weren’t sure how they were supposed to eat it, but they would figure that out when they got home. After a few more items, they were ready to go home. They had spent over £50 in the store and due to them being out all day, they were ready for something to eat. When they arrived at home, Dana began preparing dinner while Alice called Shane. Shane picked up after a few seconds.

    Shane: Hey Al.

    Alice: Hey Shane, how are you?

    Shane: I’m good, how is Barnsley treating you?

    Alice: It’s nice over here. We went shopping today and met a couple of people. One was a really nice, older woman who is originally from America, and the other, we had no idea what he was saying to us, which was awkward. But enough about us, how are you and Carmen?

    The other end went silent, then Alice heard a few stifled giggles. Shane returned to the phone moments after.

    Shane: We’re good, Al.

    Alice: Did I call at a bad time? Its 3.30pm here, so I thought you’d be up.

    Shane: We’re up, don’t worry.

    There were a few more giggles and Alice decided she’d heard enough. She said bye to Shane and told her to say hello to the rest of the family from her and Dana. As soon as Alice put the phone down, Dana began laughing in the kitchen, and hurriedly entered the living room to get Alice. She lifted Alice without warning, and carried her into the kitchen, Alice squealing the whole way. When she finally put her down, Alice turned her attention to Dana, frowning at her.

    1. Very nice chapter, of course, it is strange that they were on vacation in such a weird place, but my question is will Lara find where they are? what did really happen to her? how she survived the fight with Aidan? which side is Aidan and what are his intentions?
      Too many questions. Thanks for the update
