    Dana carried on laughing and turned Alice rounds she was facing the window. Alice leaned forward slightly so she could see better, while Dana kept her hands on Alice’s waits the whole time to keep her up. As soon as Alice saw what Dana was laughing at, she herself burst out laughing. In the garden, their neighbour Wendy was chasing her rabbit around the garden. It shouldn’t have been that funny, but every time Wendy went to grab the rabbit, it jumped away quickly, almost causing her to fall flat on her face. They watched for a few minutes, before the neighbour gave up and let the rabbit roam free in the garden. Alice turned back around to face Dana and wrapped her arms around Dana’s neck. She looked into her girlfriends eyes and leant forward to kiss her softly. When she pulled away, Dana was staring at her with a look of pure love and a smile on her face.

    Alice: Dane, do you regret coming here?

    Dana: No.

    Alice: Me neither, it’s just that when we were back home, you said it would make you feel like you were running away.

    Dana was shocked to hear that Alice had listened to her. She remembered sating those words; she just didn’t think Alice would remember them. Dana widened her smile and kissed Alice gently.

    Dana: I don’t regret it, Al. I love being with you, and if I get to go to different countries with you, even better. And it might be good for us to be away from the family for a while.

    Alice: Yeah, I mean, I love them and everything, but they kinda push us into things, don’t you think?

    Dana: Yeah, I know what you mean. Anyway, what did Shane say on the phone?

    Alice: Dane, I think I caught them at the wrong time. As soon as I asked how her and Carmen were, there was giggling on the other end, and then when I asked if I was calling at a bad time, there were even more giggles.

    Dana: Maybe they were busy?

    Dana’s smirk made Alice laugh. She knew what Dana was suggesting, and it relieved her to know she could talk about those things with Dana, without it feeling awkward. Alice looked away slightly, returning her gaze moments after, suddenly showing a look of worry. Dana picked up on it immediately and began to worry as well.

    1. Very nice chapter, of course, it is strange that they were on vacation in such a weird place, but my question is will Lara find where they are? what did really happen to her? how she survived the fight with Aidan? which side is Aidan and what are his intentions?
