War, Love, and Commitment…a Sci-Fi Story Chapter 9 – THE TRAP

Louise: “we are not strong enough”

Bette: “perhaps if Willow helps us, we could do it”

Louise: “it is risky, we need someone who could monitor our vitals…, but there is no choice…, Wil, please, join us”

    Willow: “sure”

The three women tried again and they could travel with Tina in her dreams. In Tina’s dream, there was a tunnel and darkness similar to a wormhole, they walked for a while and abruptly Willow left them, she just vanished from their vision, now were only Louise and Bette, suddenly there was a light and they saw what Tina couldn’t see; they saw Tina. It wasn’t the sleepy and young Tina; it was a little bit older Tina, a Tina in her middle twenties.

Louise: “baby…, you are so grown up…”

Older Tina: “you need to let her go with Bette to the battlefield, it’s important especially after First Evil open multiple portals, let her go with Bette”

Louise: (looking toward Bette) “with Bette…?”

At that moment Bette left Louise in Tina’s dream, she disappears as Willow did. Now Louise was alone with older Tina and behind her, an older Bette shows up.

Older Bette: “there is a paradox, it won’t show at this time, but in seven years neither Tina nor I could go back home because will be a crossing of alternative realities, that will not only menace us but also the independence of the human race”

Louise: “you mean the First Evil win?”

Older Bette: “no, not he, we won but in that reality, I was lost, and Glory seduced her, promising she will bring me back, but that evil bitch lied, she will make alliances with other races, they will defeat us, and Tina will run away to find me; we couldn’t come back because everything is changed and we have to use the instant portals to travel in time, to warn you, and to change that alternative future”

Louise: “okay, I will do my best…, is there something else I have to do?”

Older Tina: “if it doesn’t work, don’t trust Glory…, kill her”

    Louise: “okay, I’ll do it”

The darkness came back and both, older Bette and older Tina disappeared. Suddenly Louise woke up in the lab inside of the wormhole at the same time than Tina. Bette and Willow were already awake and monitoring Louise’s and Tina’s vitals.

    1. Hey proteonomics, welcome back!

Only one chapter left ????, wow didn’t expected that.

I really enjoyed this chapter. Looking forward to the next chapter when they destroy the First Evil for good.

Please don’t let Kit open that box, i don’t want her or everyone else disappear for good.

Thank you so much for for this incredible story proteonomics!

    2. Hi Bibi:

Yes, is only one chapter left and I hope to post it next week, but I also hope our lovely couple, if they survive, of course, will continue their adventures in the future.

When I started writing the story, I, honestly, was expecting to finish it on last October, but several things came in the way, among them a big hurricane and consequently lot of work, but finally, we are here, in the verge of ending this adventure.

Thank you so much, Bibi, for being such an excellent reader and commenter, you as other readers are the vital force of stories, because in my opinion, without readers stories would be only ideas, personal reflections, cathartic notes, isolated essays from our souls and minds.

I’m honored that you read and comment on my stories.

      Thanks Bibi

      P

    3. Hi proteonomics,

Thank you for your kind words ????.

But if you want me to continue to read your stories, you must let Bette and Tina survive this war, without Tibette in love and happy i will be devastated and crying my heart out ????.

I would love to read about them when they are older like in Tina’s dream.

Please, can you promise to a loyal reader that you will not harm Bette and Tina and not break my poor heart?
