Kit – Come in! I have something for you!
The blonde frowns.
Kit – You look tired!
Tina – Yeah … I’ve had some tough days lately.
Kit – You and baby sis are too busy! She left so quickly!
Tina comes in and follows Kit to the library. A crate the size of a painting is placed against the wall. The ranch owner points to the crate with a smile.

Kit – What the hell type of romantic card is this? I can’t believe my sister!
She turns to Tina.
Kit – Which agreement is this?
Tina – She kept my painting in her bedroom …
Tears run down her face.
Tina – She told me that I could only get it back if we broke up …
She sobs. Kit hugs her, shaking her head.
Kit – Oh my …
