    She looks at Wendy.

    Tina – And no alcohol for the kid!

    The group boos and laughs. Brian turns to the waitress and points to Wendy.

    Brian – A milkshake for the girl over there!

    Mario – Milk and cookies!

    Wendy feigns annoyance.

    The Big Bear, night: The long-haired brunette walks from behind the counter and approaches Tina’s table.

    Woman – Hi, I’m Joanna! Welcome to The Big Bear!

    Tina – Hello!

    Brian – Hi!

    Joanna – We are very excited about your movie! And we are pleased to serve you and deliver whenever you need: breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner! We also take care of parties!

    Brian – Good to know!

    He turns to Tina with a smile. Joanna hands them brochures.

    Joanna – Our phone number is there. You all enjoy the night!

    Tina – Thanks!

    She returns to the counter. Tina turns to the young woman by her side.

    Tina – Jen, please check them later. The place we hired today was not the best. They were quite late!

    Jen – OK, Tina!

    The Big Bear, night: Bette arrives at the bar and looks surprised to see the crowd. She makes her way to the counter and sits on a stool. Brian turns to Tina.

    Brian – My muse is here! You should invite her to join us!

    The blonde rolls her eyes.

    Tina – Your muse plays for the opposite team, my dear!

    Brian – What?!

    Tina glances at the rancher. She is casually dressed, but can’t be confused with a cowgirl any longer. She is wearing black jeans and a sleek black leather coat over a low-cut white blouse. Joanna approaches Bette with a smile.

    Joanna – You’re back!

    Bette – I see that they also invaded your peace and quiet!

    She laughs.

    Joanna – I don’t know about you but it’s good for me!

    The rancher shakes her head.

    Bette – Not for me!

    Joanna – Already fed up?

    She grabs a beer from the fridge and gives it to Bette.

      Thanks for this very nice chapter, I see the plot is getting very interesting. I bet Tina feels uneasy and a little angry and she doesn’t know why. I think she is attracted to Bette. Waiting for your update.
