Kit: Yes, I’m calling to see if I can get an extension on my phone bill?
Customer Service Lady: Okay, give me a moment to pull up your account.
Kit: Thank you.
Customer Service Lady: Are you calling from the number associated with your account?
Kit: Yes.
Customer Service Lady: Okay, please hold.
Kit: Okay.
Customer Service Lady: [a few seconds later] No.
Kit: Excuse me!?
Customer Service Lady: Your request for an extension is denied.
Kit: [raising her voice] But why!?
Customer Service Lady: According to your account you are requesting an extension for the 9 month in a row your bill is like $1 million dollars there are no extensions left.
Kit: $1 million dollars you’re over exaggerating!
Customer Service Lady: [in a dry tone] The amount owed is close enough.
Kit: What about a payment plan?
Customer Service Lady: No.
Kit: Bitcoins?
Customer Service Lady: No.
Kit: Monopoly money?
Customer Service Lady: Denied.
Kit: How about an I.O.U?
Customer Service Lady: How about you get a J.O.B?
Kit: [raising her voice] I do have a job thank you very much!
Customer Service Lady: Well, in less than 24 hours your phone will be O.F.F.
Kit: What do you mean off!?
Customer Service Lady: Off, as in you can’t call on God if you wanted too.
Kit: Wait a minute I need an extension!
Customer Service Lady: You won’t be able to dial 9-1-1 if you were about to die.
Kit: Can I speak to a manager!?
Customer Service Lady: I am the manager.
Kit: The CEO!? I need an extension!
Customer Service Lady: [ignoring her] Phone, for you stands for, “Please Help Out On the Extension.”
Kit: [frustrated] I don’t know who you are but if I ever see you in person I swear I’m going to—-.
Customer Service Lady: [interrupts her] Off, as in you won’t even be able to use your alarm clock.
Kit: Can I speak to somebody else!?
Customer Service Lady: I am somebody else.
Kit: Just give me the damn extension!
Customer Service Lady: Either pay the full amount owed or your phone will be cutoff what part of that don’t you understand?
Kit: How much is my balance?
Customer Service Lady: $1 million dollars.
Kit: Lies!
Customer Service Lady: Is there anything else I can help you with?

I was so excited when i recieved a notification that you posted a chapter.

About the story, it seems that they are all having big trouble in their relationships. It is sad. I worry about Tina and Bette. What Bette said was indeed very hurtfull, but i can understand it. Since her job offer to China, Tina encouraged her to go and was willing to let them be apart for a long time and now she has the opportunity to go to Atlanta. I know she didn’t plan this, but i can see Bette’s point of view. They need to talk and sort this mess up before it totally comes to the point of them moving on and splitt for good.

Over the Festive Period I have read, and thoroughly enjoyed, all 16 Posts of this great Story.
I am now quite desperate for the next post please as you have left my absolute favourite couple, Bette and Tina, in a bad place. So could we perhaps have a New Year gift of another post from you, please.
