What If – Chapter 13
Catalie Portman: [snuggles up to her]
Alice: [picks her up] Really, sticking your tail in my mouth when I’m asleep momma Tash would be so–[she says pausing thinking about her before continuing] proud you must be hungry.
Catalie Portman: [purrs in response]
Alice: [getting out of bed then putting her down] Come on Portman let’s get you something to eat.
As she walked towards the bedroom door she noticed a few items had fallen behind one of the dressers. Bending down she picks them up in her hand there was a small candle, a pair of earrings, and a pen all of which she returned to their rightful places. Lastly, there were a few pictures she returned on top of the dresser when she got to the last two she suddenly paused. In her left hand was a picture of she and Dana taken on the boat ride to Catalina and in the other a picture of her and Tasha enjoying a laugh on the couch in their home. Staring at both pictures an overwhelming feeling came over her. There staring back at her represented two different stages of her life involving two women who forever altered the course of her heart. The mere opposites of one another in every way but in them both she was grateful to experience what it truly meant to love and beloved.
Dana came into her life when she was young, wild, and looking to experience all that life had to offer. It was never a dull moment between them between her witty personality and Dana’s often naïve but funny outlook on life every day was eventful; and rightfully so she was the first woman she had fallen madly in love with. Then enters Tasha, years later during a hazy time in her life unlike Dana she wasn’t as outgoing, intense, and didn’t open up much. While the differences in their personalities was hard to ignore she offered her something she had not experience with Dana and that was growth and maturity. The beginning was rocky, the middle triggered uncertainty, and the ending made it all worthwhile that is up until Dana walked back into her life. For the first time she couldn’t help but question her future with Tasha. Not wanting to think about it further, she places both pictures in the top drawer underneath her t-shirts. Slowly closing it she looked down towards the floor to see Catalie eagerly brushing herself against her ankle.

Hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween!
Hey SKUNKPU80,
This chapter was worth the long waiting.
It was very funny, had to laugh about Bette and Shane.
I hope you will not break up my favourite couple B&T, they need to talk and then a long sweaty make up session ????
I hope you have a safe and great Halloween.
