“Oh, Shane this coffee tastes amazing, “she says after taking a sip, “I don’t know what it is about coffee but it always makes me feel like I’ve got my shit together, I mean I know I don’t but it makes me feel like I do.”
“Funny, I feel the same way about beer.”
“Uh, Shane don’t you think it’s a little early for a beer?”
“Excuse me who are you and what have you done with my friend Alice?”
“I’m serious I read somewhere that drinking early in the morning can cause your vagina to shrink you should drink water it’s much healthier for you.”
“Well, like you I also like to read and came across this article that said in wine there is wisdom, in beer there is freedom, and in water there’s bacteria pick your poison.” Her smart-ass remark caused Dana to laugh out loud only to have Alice stare at her awkwardly.
“Sorry Al, but that was funny!”
“You disgust me.”
“Cheers, “she says raising her beer in the air then takes a sip.
“I hope you get fat.”
“Nope, not going to happen beer doesn’t make you fat it makes you lean.”
“Wait, okay Shane I’m switching sides here, “Dana says, “Now I know for a fact that beer contains crazy calories where do you think that saying “beer gut” comes from?”
“That’s where you’re wrong my friend it does not it makes you lean.”
“How so?”
“Yeah, Shane how so I can’t wait to hear the explanation on this one!?”
“Beer making you fat is a myth okay made by some water sipping hippy it makes you lean….. lean against tables, bars, tables, chairs——.”
“Okay…..okay, I get it you’re such an ass.”
“Look I drink beer all day and haven’t gained not a single pound.”
“Shane now that were on the topic can I be honest with you?”
“Go head Dane.”
“When I first meet, you I thought you suffered from tape worm.” Her statement caused Shane to spit out her beer.
“What the hell?”
“Sorry, I mean you were so skinny I thought something was wrong with you.”
“Don’t feel bad Dane I thought the same thing.”
“Alice!?”
“Remember when we met you had on this ripped vest, these jeans that had holes in them, and your hair before I knew you were a hair dresser I thought Edward Scissorhands was your hairstylist.”

Thanks for a wonderful update. It is good that Dana and Alice talked about their break up ten years ago, and enjoy being friends again. There is still more brewing between them and i hope they behave them selves till they make a clean break with their girlfriends if they decide to give a relationship a change again.
Bette and Tina are cute together, i wish for them they can enjoy some much needed time together withhout interfere from crazy Jenny or their friends.

Excellent chapter, now Dana and Alice are talking about their past and feelings, and that is the best, once they are sure on what they want, they could decide what they are going to do with their current partners and with they lives.
Is there a way to send Jenny to the top of Mount Everest and lose the map, so she could never come back?
You know, I have the same problem with comp-crap that Bette and Tina have.
