    You Found Me Chapter 201

They will love it just as Bette has come to love it.

You have no idea how much Bette loves it here. Being with all of you, she feels at home. You guys have given her what she never had.

No, I think you have done that all on your own. We were just the window treatment.

See! I want to learn shit like that. Alice runs down the steps…Window treatments…Alice claps her hands. That’s like a metaphor for something, right? Only in the backwoods kind of way? Lynn just stares at Alice for a moment. A look of fright came quickly across Alice’s face…Or not!
You don’t have to elaborate. Sorry I interrupted your conversation with Tina.

Bette’s mouth fell open. That’s amazing. How did you do that?

Tina giggles at Alice’s deer-caught-in-headlights look and Bette’s shocked look. Tina knew Lynn’s expression full-well from growing up with it. It was one you didn’t try to see too much. She winked at Shane who was stifling a grin.

Come on guys we’ll show you around. Bette blinked out of her thoughts. Bette followed Tina out and smiled at Lynn as she knocked Alice out of her scared state. Come on chick-a-dee.

    Don’t worry I’m coming!

Lynn giggles. Oh, she’s going to be a lot of fun.

And hour later they were in the sewing room moving things around, finding tables and mirrors that Shane and Alice could use for hair and makeup.

I’ll use this old dresser if you don’t mind Tina.

Are you sure? Is the mirror ok? It’s a little worn.

No its great. I love it. Shane says with a smile.

Well then, it’s yours. Alice is this table going to be big enough to work on? Bette asks.

Yeah I just need a really good mirror and this light on the pole will work great too.

I’m not sure if the light works let me go find a bulb. Tina leaves in search of the bulb.

Hey, Shane I was thinking about a haircut but I don’t want Tina to know until the rehearsal. And I mean it Alice! She points her finger at her.

Shane snickers at Alice, then looks back to Bette . Ok so what were you thinking, sit down. Shane gestures to the seat in front of her.

After the wedding you have to write about the long honeymoon they will have, their life after the wedding and the kids they will have and much more.

Thank you for the journey of my favourite couple!
