    A knock is heard on the door, followed by the door opening. 5:58 p.m. Jillian suddenly forgets about the decision made for her earlier.     Jillian suddenly forgets about the decision made for her earlier. She forgets about Erin looking visibly upset while dashing off, refusing to say any words when Jillian asked “What about tonight?” All of that was gone and in its place, the current image of Erin opening the door to enter the resting quarters. All Jillian can see now is a heartbroken smile and the dress she recalls Erin wearing the day she had been fired from Columbia University.

    Erin stands at the door and sees Jillian holding a potato chip with her mouth with the chip itself arching upward. Erin clutches her small purse while taking a step forward.

    Erin: Hi. I um… I’m sorry about earlier. I still want the date to happen. I’m not too late am I?

    Jillian looks up at the clock then back to her.

    Jillian: You’re cool. Can’t go anywhere. I’m grounded.

    Erin: It’s a safety precaution. I was wondering if we could have it… here?

    The parabola is attacked by Jillian’s tongue, scooping it helplessly into her mouth and her teeth crunching it into smithereens as Jillian herself nods in excited approval.

    Jillian: Okay! What do you have in mind?

    Erin: I brought a movie. Is the dress okay?

    Jillian offers a right handed thumbs up.

    Jillian: It’s perfect. It’s just the right amount of sexy and classy. It’s something only you can pull off.

    Erin: Well…

    Erin wants to say something thankful in response, but can only blush instead. Seeing the sudden pink shade across Erin’s cheeks causes Jillian to smile as well.

    Jillian: I like your ability to come up with solid Plan-B’s. It’s kinda hard for us to get kicked out of a karaoke joint from here.

    Erin: There’s stuff you can sing along to here.

    Below the wall mounted television is a small table for various Blu-Rays and D.V.D.’s. Erin now adds one to the collection and shows the cover to Jillian, who is suddenly impressed and nervous.

    Jillian: An American Tail??? Oh. Wow.

    Erin: I just thought about you singing that song last night and… figured it would be a good choice?

    Jillian: I love that movie. It’s just one thing though.

    1. This is intriguing,maybe SPENGLER is a good spirit ghostbuster but did he have to invade JILLIAN’s body in order to talk.? The girls have advance notice about the evil ghosts that are coming, but love is in bloom so their minds are elsewhere. Cute couple JILLIAN/ERIN hope this lovebug doesn’t make them careless.thanks ps.
