“Ya know, I don’t think I’ll ever understand the appeal of a snuggie” my sister Blake mused from her seat on the sofa
“I think they’re pretty badass” my brother added
“You guys are so gay!” I reply shaking my head as I can’t turn my eyes away from the poorly directed infomercial I’ve seen thousands of times
“Says the gay one”
I hurl one of the pillows over at my older sister which she effectively deflects, she’s become quite good at that over the years much to my dismay. I finished typing into my phone and set it down on the glass coffee table next to the love seat I occupied, probably not the smartest idea I’ve had in a while. Nearly a minute later it buzzed loudly as it vibrated across the table, catching the attention of my normally oblivious family members.
“Ohhh the mystery girl” my sister sang, earning an eye roll from me as I tried to hide my smirk
“Yeah, when are we going to officially meet her sis?”
“Try…never” I chuckled at my lame attempt of a joke and both of them groaned in frustration, tough luck
“You at least got to see her, I’m blind here, I’ve got nothing to go on except for that goofy grin that spreads across Ash’s face whenever she’s mentioned” my sister said to my brother, my eyebrow raised as I narrowed my eyes to glare at her, a look I’ve mastered from none other than the diva across from me herself.
“Alright, fine. I’ll bring her over here, but so help me god if you fuck this up…”
Blake appeared to be thoughtful before she cut me off, “I don’t like her” she stated simply and shrugged
“What?!” I looked back and forth between the two of them before finally looking back at my sister, “Why!?”
She kept the same calm tone she had before when she responded, “Cause I don’t know her”
“Exactly, You don’t even know her!” I felt my emotions get the best of me and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed by the pair
“And that’s what I just said, she’s a threat to our perfect existence, I can already tell she is capable of ruining you…ruining you I say!” she repeated in an overdramatic fashion, she continued before I could say anything, “I mean, look how you’re acting you’re practically foaming at the mouth for Christ sakes”

Oh, Amie, that was wonderful…just wonderful. I loved everything from Ashley’s pov, I loved learning about their relatonship now, their fake fighting, loved the Ash/Blake/Shannon prep scene! I smell the drama and it’s going to be amazing. Perfect! I’m so excited! Please don’t make me wait long, I’m dying to read more!

haha *sigh* that was absolutely wonderful! i loved it so much and how we got to learn of Ashleys thoughts and ordeals that had to do with their relationship…hehe loved the fake fighting and my favorite line was it was like I was watching an episode of Law and Order on a continuous loop, the only crime she was committing was stealing my heart…ahha tha one made me smile hehe great job =]
Wow! Honestly, that knocked my socks off and that was chapter 1? Just…wow! It was perfect and I got so much insight into Ashley’s side of the story and it’s added a whole new depth which I can see you expanding on…hopefully very soon?? I’m totally entranced so please can we have some more???
