Tina was glad to have Bette with her for her nap. Naps were special times. They rarely had sex during nap time. These were times in which they set all of life aside and just relaxed into the security of being with their spouse. And there was nothing like a nap to recharge their energy levels.

They awakened at 4:45, showered together and dressed in some plush jogging clothes and sneakers. When traveling, they wanted to be in comfortable clothing.

Bette and Tina came downstairs and found Daniel coming into the door from school.  They hugged him and asked about his day.  They then reminded him to help Mary, Margaret, Paris and Jeanette with John David so that their weekend would go smoothly. They then told him bye and they would see him late on Saturday. Daniel then went upstairs to change out of his golf clothes and shower.

Tina then talked to Mary about inviting Joe and Barbara over for an early dinner on Sunday afternoon. Tina told Mary they would decide on the menu on Saturday night and asked her to tell Margaret so she would be up to date. Mary told Bette and Tina not to worry about the home front as they would take care of things while Bette and Tina were gone. They then said bye to Mary and told her call if they needed anything.

The car arrived and then whisked them away to LAX airport. They went to the private hangers and went through the more abbreviated security services. As they arrived, they saw Jim and Dot had already arrived. Jim was dress as he always was. He was in relaxed dress pants and a shirt with a jacket and comfortable shoes. Dot was dressed in a lounging outfit similar to Bette and Tina. After going through the security, they were taken by golf cart out to the small jet they were going to fly on. All the luggage were carry-on pieces, so they boarded and secured their luggage and then seated in plush seats for takeoff.  The flight attendant offered them a drink prior to take off since it would be about 15 minutes before they would be allowed to taxi out on the runway.  They all choose to have a glass of white wine.
