Margaret: Well, tomorrow is a work day. So, if you will excuse me, I am going to retire for the evening. Mary, I really had fun today. You get some sleep yourself. We need to start getting you ready for Yellowstone and Scotland. So, we need to do some planning.

Mary: Oh, and don’t forget Thanksgiving, the wedding, and Christmas. We have a lot to do.

Margaret made the rounds and hugged everyone goodnight. Mary decided that she would retire as well and would accompany Mary as far as the elevator.

Bette and Tina put the cups in the dishwasher and set the coffee pot for the morning. They then checked the doors and made sure all the lights were out.

Bette: Let’s leave housekeeping a note to make sure all the guest rooms and the cabana get a good cleaning and fresh linens are on the beds.

Tina: Let’s remind Daniel that housekeeping comes tomorrow. I need to let them know that both of those beds need fresh linens.

Bette: Okay, I need to talk to Jim about the pool and getting electric door locks and a security system for the house. I’ve already sent him the information on his next trip to New Haven. The next trip will just be you and me Babe.

Tina: I’m starting the winter clothing purchases for the Alice and Shane families. Got to get a confirmation of if Jordan and Shay are coming. The list is getting full.

Bette: You concentrate on your painting Tina. We can do the clothes shopping in the evening. Oh, and we need to talk about our next talk to Daniel. What are we going talk about?

Tina:  Sexting and porn.

Bette:  Oh god… this is going to be harder than the last one.

Tina:  This is where we are going to need to do some research. I need some suggestions on how to approach it a little better than: “Have you ever looked at porn, Son?”

Bette:  Let’s go to our room. I don’t want anyone to hear us talking like this.

Tina laughed… Bette grabbed her hand and walked up the stairs.  They went through their normal bedtime routines. They got comfortable in the bed. Kiss a little and then relaxed and held each other.
