    (Tina smiles) OK Tina leans in to kiss her and Bette stands quickly to dodge her. Bette stands by the couch and clears her throat, before moving away. (Bette) Back in a sec Tina looks up at her in confusion. (Tina) OK   Bette walks over to the others in the hallway. (Bette) Alice what

    Tina looks up at her in confusion.

    (Tina) OK

     

    Bette walks over to the others in the hallway.

    (Bette) Alice what the fuck is going on? Did she hit her head last night?

    (Alice) No! Nothing happened, I swear. We just had a few drinks. She had fun

    Alice looks to Shane and Dana.

    (Alice) Right?

    They both nod and look to Bette.

    (Dana) It was completely uneventful, nothing that could explain this

    Shane looks towards Tina sitting on the couch and suddenly clicks her fingers.

    (Shane) Hypnotherapy

    (Bette frowns) What?

    Alice hits Shane on the shoulder.

    (Alice) Oh my God, hypnotherapy!

    (Dane gasps) Hypnotherapy

    (Bette) Why is everyone saying hypnotherapy?

    (Alice) She had a session yesterday, she was talking about it last night

    (Shane) Something about focusing on a time where she was at her happiest, was that it?

    (Dana) No it was a time where she experienced only happiness, uncomplicated happiness

    (Bette sighs) Are you suggesting she now thinks that she is in that place? She thinks that’s the present?

    They all shrug and look again at Tina, who is rotating her iPhone in her hands and jumping every time the screen flips.

    They all look at each other with eyebrows raised.

    (Bette) Well we need to contact this therapist, tell her something has gone very wrong

    Alice looks again to Tina and sighs.

    (Alice) I don’t think Tina’s going to be much help to us in tracking her down

    (Bette) Well go through her phone, there’s bound to be some detail of the appointment

    Shane and Dana make their way over to Tina, and Bette and Alice hang back for a moment in the hallway, continuing to look at Tina with concern.

    (Bette) Should she be at work today?

    Alice shakes her head.

    (Alice) No we both organised the day off. A long weekend for her birthday. Drinks last night and then I’m throwing her a party on Saturday

    (Bette) Why are you making such a thing of this birthday? It’s not a significant one

    2. Omg…. fifteen years! That is a huge amount of time to lose overnight. And to think this was the time that Tina was the happiest in her life. And now its going to all come crashing down when she is returned to reality. Maybe this will turn on a light for Bette and for Tina and show them that they do need each other in their lives. This is an interesting story arch…. cannot wait to see how this goes.

    4. It’s so sad Tina lost 15 years and she took it really good so far as Bette told her they are no longer together and have a daughter together.

      Maybe this is indeed a chance for both of them to look back and talk what went wrong in those 15 years and hopefully find each other back. It pained my heart that especially Bette was so cold as ice to Tina in the first chapter. I really want to know what happened.

      Waiting patiently for the next chapter!

    5. I just read chapter 2 while I’m out and honestly I love this fic and it’s very clear Bette and Tina are still in love. And I missed hearing the baby this is too cute I can’t wait for them to get together. And I really can’t wait to read all of your fics for some reason they aren’t loading for me possibly bad internet but thankfully I can read this one you’re an incredible author love how you write them I’m so drawn in thank you
