    Alice looks over at Tina on the couch and sighs. (Alice) Well, she’s been really sad lately, I thought it might help her to show her how much we love her Bette looks at her. (Bette) I didn’t know that, that she’s been sad Alice looks back at her and shrugs. (Alice) Why would you?

    Alice looks over at Tina on the couch and sighs.

    (Alice) Well, she’s been really sad lately, I thought it might help her to show her how much we love her

    Bette looks at her.

    (Bette) I didn’t know that, that she’s been sad

    Alice looks back at her and shrugs.

    (Alice) Why would you?

    Shane approaches holding Tina’s phone and holds it out to Bette.

    (Shane) I’ve got a number for this therapist, do you want to call?

    Bette looks at her for a moment.

    (Bette) Sure

     

    A while later, Bette returns to the kitchen where Alice, Shane and Dana are standing, all keeping a close eye on Tina on the couch.

    (Bette) OK, I left her a message and asked her for an emergency appointment. I think we should probably prepare ourselves for that not to happen until Monday though

    (Shane) Should we take her to a hospital or something before then?

    (Bette sighs) I don’t know. Maybe?

    Alice shakes her head.

    (Alice) I think that’s a bad idea. She’ll end up on a psych ward. I think we can take care of her until Monday and then hopefully this therapist can just snap her out of it

    (Bette sighs) OK

    (Shane) Well, I think we also need to explain to her what’s going on

    (Alice) Are you volunteering?

    (Shane) Ah, no. Bette should do it

    (Bette frowns) Why me? You’re all behaving as if I’m her partner, Tina and I have been nothing to each other for years now. You’re her friends

    (Shane) Bette, think about where you guys were at in 2002. That’s where her head is at right now. It needs to be you

    Bette sighs and looks over at Tina.

    (Bette) Well what do I fucking say?

    (Alice) Maybe one thing at a time. Tell her it’s 2017 for starters. I guess that you’re divorced. Maybe don’t mention Angie just yet, that’s probably a bit too much to take in at once

    Bette looks at her.

    (Bette) She has a c-section scar Al

    (Alice) Shit, I forgot about that

    They all look at Tina.

    (Alice) OK, well you’ll have to tell her that too then. Just go easy on her

    Bette frowns.

    (Bette) And how do you suggest I do that?

    2. Omg…. fifteen years! That is a huge amount of time to lose overnight. And to think this was the time that Tina was the happiest in her life. And now its going to all come crashing down when she is returned to reality. Maybe this will turn on a light for Bette and for Tina and show them that they do need each other in their lives. This is an interesting story arch…. cannot wait to see how this goes.

    4. It’s so sad Tina lost 15 years and she took it really good so far as Bette told her they are no longer together and have a daughter together.

      Maybe this is indeed a chance for both of them to look back and talk what went wrong in those 15 years and hopefully find each other back. It pained my heart that especially Bette was so cold as ice to Tina in the first chapter. I really want to know what happened.

      Waiting patiently for the next chapter!

    5. I just read chapter 2 while I’m out and honestly I love this fic and it’s very clear Bette and Tina are still in love. And I missed hearing the baby this is too cute I can’t wait for them to get together. And I really can’t wait to read all of your fics for some reason they aren’t loading for me possibly bad internet but thankfully I can read this one you’re an incredible author love how you write them I’m so drawn in thank you
