    (Alice) OK, see you soon then. Let’s have dinner this week (Tina smiles) OK, sounds great Shane, Helena and Dana hug her as well and they all move towards the door. Bette goes to follow them and her and Tina meet eyes as she moves away, holding each other’s gaze for a long moment. They

    Shane, Helena and Dana hug her as well and they all move towards the door. Bette goes to follow them and her and Tina meet eyes as she moves away, holding each other’s gaze for a long moment.

    They reach the front door and all start to gather their jackets and bags from the coatstand. Bette stands by the door looking back towards the kitchen. Shane opens the door and her, Helena and Dana walk through to the porch. Alice goes to join them but stops and looks at Bette on her way past.

    (Alice) You OK there Porter?

    Bette looks at her.

    (Bette) I’m going to hang back for a bit, you guys go

    Alice smiles and continues outside. They meet eyes as Alice pulls the door closed behind her.

    (Alice) Good luck


    Bette stands by the front door and takes a deep breath before walking back down the hallway, coming to a stop when she reaches the doorway to the kitchen. Tina is turned away from her and busying herself at the kitchen counter and Bette watches her for a moment before speaking.

    (Bette) You remember

    Tina turns her head at the sound of her voice and they look at each other for a long moment. Tina eventually breaks eye contact and tosses the dish cloth she is holding to one side. She turns around and leans back on the bench and then looks at Bette, who is still standing in the doorway.

    (Tina) What gave me away?

    Bette takes a breath.

    (Bette) It’s the way you’re looking at me

    (Tina) And how am I looking at you?

    (Bette) Like I have a chance

    Tina smiles and looks downwards.

    (Tina) You still want a chance, do you?

    Tina raises her eyes and meets Bette’s gaze, and Bette looks back at her.

    (Bette) I’d like to talk about it

    Tina nods and Bette examines her for a moment.

    (Bette) So you remember it all? Everything between us these last few weeks?

    Tina looks at her for a moment and then nods.

    (Tina) I do

    Bette leans her head to one side and smiles at her.

    (Bette) Were you going to mention this to me?

    1. Ahhh a new update and I’m out at the moment so can’t completely read it but Tina remembers and she knew Bette would know ahh they read each other so perfectly soulmates but they are truly the sweetest ahh I can’t wait for more every time I see there’s an update I feel so much happiness

    2. All right! Tina remembers… that is a start for these two. Cannot wait for this conversation…. And congratulations to Shane and Alice for a successful venture in getting these two together with all the gang.

      Time to take some big steps now Bette and Tina… time to put away the past and work toward the future….
