Jodie was seated on her lap, her left hand tangled in Bette’s hair.
After two hours Tina walked in, again she clearly seemed to have been crying.
‘Hey guys’ she said, she was looking at Bette seeing how she could try to sit next to her friend, but even she couldn’t seem to find a way to try and put a chair between her and the other people next to her. She took a chair and sat next to Shane.
The group was laughing at a new story Alice was saying of what had happened at her job and some of them nodded. Except for Jodie and Bette, who had gone to the dancefloor because Jodie had been begging Bette to dance with her from even before they had entered The Planet. When all of a sudden the door from the cafe swung open and an angry Henry walked through the door. The music was loud, but even from the other side of the room you could clearly hear Henry yell ‘TIIINAAA’ and he walked towards their table, pushing people away so he could get to the group of friends even faster. Even when a normal walk wouldn’t have taken him 10 seconds. The friends looked at each other embarrassed, not knowing what had to happen. Bette’s attention had not been 100 percent on Jodie, but now she was definitely 100 percent focussed on Tina.
‘YOU!’ Henry yelled, he turned Tina’s chair so she was facing him. The blonde looked at him, just like that, it terrified her friends that she wasn’t afraid of him, that she wasn’t shocked. Had he done this to her often?
‘DO YOU REALLY NEED TO BE AT THIS FUCKING DYKEBAR EVERY SINGLE DAY?’ He yelled
‘I’m not here every day.’ Tina just replied.
‘Well, if you’re having so much fun with your lezies then stay with them all you want. No need to come home tonight.’
‘You might want to lower your voice, and keep dykes out of your mouth’ Kit said, standing behind her with two bouncers.
Kit’s lover, Papi had walked to the table and just wanted to ask her if there was a problem, but Bette had just arrived at the table, even when Jodie had just asked her to stay with her and keep out of the situation with Tina.

Tina??? OMG… is she that self-centered??? She does not know that she is purposely making sexual moves with only the intent of keeping Bette for herself… but as a close personal friend??? She’s too much… I’m surprised that someone hasn’t brought this to her attention long ago… Age 29 and she completed college at 22? And even high school age is more considerate than this….

Crazy right, but Tina is ‘getting. receiving’ her wake up call in the next (couple of) chapter(s). She needed to be waken up a bit and let go of her naive being.

Oh oh Tina,
You don’t want to lose Bette but playing with her that way and thinking it’s something innocent and that Bette was getting used to her touches because Tina is such an affectionated person.

Jodi seems a nice woman, still i have never liked her in the OG. Will never warm up to her.

Tina will be getting a (much-needed) wake-up call, Henry won’t be in the picture for much longer, or will he?
I didn’t like Jodie that much either in the OG, so I changed her a bit to a more loving woman. I felt like in the OG, she wanted Bette to change too much, I think they had much more potential.
