Bette had also not called Joyce Wischnia either. But that could wait until later.

Bette put each copy in a folder.  She then found the file with the lease agreement and took it as well. If Tina needed to have everything correct, then everything needed to agree with the lease agreement. Gathering her purse with her new fob for her car, she was ready.  Angie and Daniel came down dress as if they were going to a party.  Dan had on a shirt which matched Tina’s blouse and Angie had on a summer dress in green flowers. She looked older than her almost 18 years old. Bette was stunned at how mature she looked.

Bette:  You look nice Angie. Is that a new dress?

Angie:  No, actually it belongs to Mama T.  I thought it would be perfect for a summer California day.

Bette:  Well, very nice. Now do both of you have what you need for the day? Do you have your cell phones?

Angie:  Oh yes, I have my information and my cell phone.

Daniel:  I have it all in my back pack. I have my tablet and my cell phone and I have an old game boy as well. I’m ready.

Tina: Okay, Let’s go to lunch.

The family went to the garage and got into the white gold metallic Fusion. Bette put her files in the floor and pulled her seat forward to give more leg room in the back.  Then they all fasten their seat belts. Tina using her back up viewer backed out of the garage and drove the car out onto the street. She closed the garage door after she had exited.

Tina:  I really like the way this car handles. Everyone comfortable. Bette why don’t you adjust the air conditioning.

Bette:  Okay, let’s see. This one is a bit different from my car. There, that’s got it.

Tina:  Well, we are here already.

Tina parked the car and everyone got out and proceeded to the restaurant.  They were quickly seated and had a view of the ocean. They ordered and received the food quickly.  Bette and Tina had coffee with their meal while Angie and Daniel had ice tea. They enjoy their meals and were satisfied to the point that they all decided to skip the dessert.
