The sexual tension was palpable, but neither of them was willing to overtly confront it since they were both completely sober. Before they knew it,

    She dipped her head and rested her lips on Tina’s shoulder. The sexual tension was palpable, but neither of them was willing to overtly confront it since they were both completely sober.

    Before they knew it, the yacht had returned to the dock and the DJ was wishing everyone a good evening. Peeling themselves from the other, they made eye contact and saw the exact same thing the other wanted.

    “I think we’re getting kicked off the boat,” Bette whispered.

    It made Tina giggle. They gathered their belongings and disembarked.

    They walked back to the car in silence that was made comfortable once Tina grabbed Bette’s hands and laced their fingers together. I am so into her, it’s not even funny, the A&R rep thought to herself.

    Bette pulled out the keys and offered them to Tina. Tina knew that if she wasn’t distracted with some sort of activity like driving on the way home, that she wouldn’t have been able to keep her hands off of Bette. She happily accepted the keys and drove them back to her house.

    The drive didn’t take quite as long since traffic was sparse. Bette occupied her time punching through the SiriusXM stations for songs approved by her driver. It was a little after 10 pm when they finally pulled into the driveway. They both exited and Bette walked Tina up to her door.

    Once it was unlocked, Tina turned to face the woman she had been lusting for all day. “I had a great time with you, Bette.” She said truthfully.

    “Does that mean I’m on my way to forgiveness?” Bette asked with a playful smile.

    Tina nodded. “You’re on the right track.” She gave the car keys back. “The car is amazing. I may have to go down to the dealership and take a look at a few. It helps that it’s totally hot and sexy.”

    “I think you’re totally hot and sexy.” Bette blurted without filtering her thoughts. A look of fear overtook her face as soon as the words slipped out.

    Tina was floored by Bette’s honesty but used the brunette’s uncomfortable demeanor to her advantage. “You also think I’m incredibly gorgeous.” She smiled.

        As I suspected, you found that Easter egg with no problems (Aerosmith)! And yes, like Tina, I am a huge music aficionado. My library is so eclectic. Every time I play a game called Song Quiz with my friends who have an Amazon Echo (Alexa), I always kick their ass because I know the most obscure titles and artists. I pride myself on my musical knowledge.
