Bette smiled “Its great”

“So why have I not met her yet?”
“A few days ago, I suggested that the two of you met up – it’s just been that we have been too wrapped
up in other things “

Bette grinned “Sex has been a big part of what we have done in the last few weeks “
“Does she know what an oversexed lesbian you are? And how long it’s been with you enduring a

“She is way more over sexed than me “

Bette’s grin told Helena everything – which of course didn’t stop her asking

Helena looked at Bette
“You would like your folks to know, wouldn’t you?”
Bette nodded “I would – it’s going well so I don’t see why we can’t just be honest about our relationship. It started that we wanted to pay our folks back for trying to get us together”
“Their assessment seems spot on given how happy you look “

Bette grabbed the menu and held it up to cover her face. Helena turned and saw the two women walking across to look at the jackets that were displayed. Helena couldn’t see enough so she stood up and
glanced across

Helena grinned and sat down “You have great taste – she’s cute “
Bette kept her head down but moved the menu so she could look at her friend while still keeping her face
hidden from the direction Tina and Emma were standing.
“Helena – her mother cannot see me “
“Why? You just said that you wanted it to come out “
“Helena – I don’t want to lose Tina “
“Why would you lose her?”
Bette sighed “She doesn’t want her mom to know – she’s got a complicated relationship with her and I want her to decide under her own steam that she wants us to be open about our relationship. She obviously isn’t ready -please help me “
Helena smiled – this was a side to her friend that was very cute

She stood up again and headed across in the direction of where Emma and Tina were standing. Bette peered over the top of her menu – God what sort of mess was Helena about to get her into?
“Tina – darling – how lovely to see you! “
Helena flung her arms around the shocked blonde and hugged her. As she embraced her, she hissed
“I am Helena – Bette and I are having coffee over there – keep your mom away from their”
Tina took the information in quick enough to stop herself pushing the stranger away.
“Helena – its lovely to see you “Tina said uncertainly
Helena smiled and turned her attention to Emma Kennard – she offered her hand
